I heard this in the early 1980s, on the Quake, KQAK FM99 in San Francisco, one of the best stations ever. This is classic early post punk/new wave, and is a great example of the bridge there was from the end of the 70s to the start of the 80s.
Completely agree with you 💯% 👌🏻 such a great pity they didn't release more LP's well actually now that I remember they did a few years ago I think it was 2018 but it had nothing to do with this outstanding track and I remember they released 2 songs but of course no one knew anything about them except for some people like me and obviously more fans of B-Movie it was a great disappointment! The first time I heard this back in 1985 I was only 14 years old. It really drove me to learn the dance steps to it and obtain a copy of the 12 inch version. It so haunting and timeless, otherworldly would be a more fitting term. A martyr like denial.
