  • I've actually reviewed this one a few times before, way back in the early days of Gearfacts before I moved to the big city, which is actually considerably smaller than the old city.
    But what a great synth for its size, eh??

    Great sounding low cost synth. Thanks GearFacts.

    I love this lil weirdo, they really took the remote LE and stuffed a synth in it.

    Your reviews are better and better. Now I do need a XIO...

      Thanks ! There's also a Xio49 if you need a bit more playing space.

    4:30 oh damn. Just from the variety of presets you showed off I thought it would work well with the other pieces in my kit and the sound that I'm always striving for, but hearing that low-end just made my heart go pitter-patter and makes my mind race at the possibilities! Woweewow!

      AND IT'S BATTERY POWERED?!? Holy crap.

      I know, what a rare luxury!

    just picked one up.. thought it was broken until i dove through 100 sub menus and accidentally found some setting to get it to route internally or something. tried it today and the setting has reverted. No idea where it is.. cool sounds, but a disgusting sub-sub-menu dig with a bad user manual. will try another few hours to find that setting again or return it

    Does a lot for a baby synth and a lot of fun to use. It's a definite keeper.

    I just got one of these its pretty beat up and missing almost every knob but those sounds are too cool

      Yep still 100% useful even without the knobs

    • @gearfacts
      @gearfacts  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nope, I've only done the Modal... wait was it the Cobalt or the Argon I reviewed ...too many vids, it's all a blur...

    Well jeez, this just rocketed to the top of my synth wishlist out of frickin nowhere. Impressive! Is this one for sale by any chance?

      Already traded it for the next Gearfacts review, but I can totally see where you're coming from :)

      You think this one might have the right kind of sound?

    Im a big fan of Novation but these older units dont sound as good as software synths these days.

    • @gearfacts
      @gearfacts  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep soft synths are cheap and very hard to beat, for sure.
