In this video we trace the history of Lilith back 5,000 years to her roots in Sumerian mythology and examine the written source material to see how her mythology developed from the Sumerian Lilitu, to the biblical Screech Owl, to the medieval legend of Lilith where she was viewed as the first wife of Adam, the mother of demons, the bride of Satan, and the demoness that snatches babies away from their homes at night. I highly suggest people read the apocrypha. There are books left out of the Bible such as Enoch and Jubilee. There are several books left out of the Bible that should also be read. The Catholic Church and King James picked what books were included.
I agree with you though one has to have a solid foundation in the knowledge of Yah and Yahusha.
We need discernment(through the holy spirit) to help go around the many traps of bits of truth mixed with lies found in most apocrypha (Jasher, book of Adam and eve, etc...I'm looking at you). They can help get some good dose of historical context, but when they contradict even one principle of the law (ie the commandments), one has to be able to chew the meat and spit out the bones.
I recommend Jubilees(the real book of Yashar of Samuel 10), 2 Esdras and 1 Enoch. They complete Genesis, and give some crucial details about Revelations, also most of the epistles quotes are from those books, they help build unshakable trust in the WORD.

Lilith was never Adam's wife. This is just Satan attempting to corrupt the creation story. Lilith was never in the Garden of Eden. She was not there. There is no Hebrew name for her listed in the Book of Genesis. That is where you have to look for the Garden of Eden and no Lilith is listed there. It is all a lie.
The story of Lilith taught me so much when younger. It taught me about why men oppress women and how they have gone about supressing information to maintain power in this world. Why and Who decided to write LIlith out of history is likely part of what is wrong in this world.
Like many stories in the Bible it has nearly infinite ways to read it:
1) She is the hypergamic woman that don't want submit to man and end submitting to the devil, instead.
2) She is the woman that behave like a male and she is not "one body" with his mate.
3) She is the woman that have hundred children with hundred different fathers (bad men) and deliver demons in the world (bad men)

I like to think that Lilith got tired of Adam's BS and complaints to God about her refusal to be submissive, etc. So when God cast her out, she lived as she pleased and hooked up with whomever she chose (one story had her being the paramour of Azmodeus). She wasn't mortal, as Adam and Eve became after their expulsion from Eden, and apparently had a lot of power. In some ways, I admire her for making her own destiny.

Two of my favourite goddesses are Lilith and Athena and I have always seen similarities between them. Both are snake and owl goddesses and both are powerful and independent women.

Looking at all the legends about her from different cultures, my takeaway is that when women live their lives by their own autonomy, some will deem them evil. Others will worship them. But at the end of the day, they never had to reduce themselves to a man’s accessory.

The story of Lilith sounds like a soap opera. Also, Lilith is the name of a character on the old TV series “Cheers,” and I don’t think that was an accident. Funny how these ancient characters creep in to contemporary culture.

People are arguing if she is ‘real,’ but honestly, that’s like arguing over Jesus, or Hercules, or Johnny Appleseed, for that matter. Usually legends are a compilation of human inspirations and other legends, but not really derived by some exact, real world source. Her various legends, as a composite, are what is important. The character thought for herself and lived on her terms, even when she was expected to reduce herself to a man’s accessory. Some cultures say she is evil for that. Others worship her, but regardless of opinions, she lived in true autonomy, and that is what is important, even if she is likely no more ‘real’ than any legend.

one thing you should always keep in mind when trying to understand characters in myth and ancient history is that yes, many characters were adopted but also some were created as a means to deceive. The OT was composed of 4 scrolls that were merged together by "Ezra the Author" or "Ezra HaSofer". Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 are just two versions of the Genesis story from 2 different scrolls.
Lilith, pronounced "Ley-Lit" meaning "she of night" was originally a Mesopotamian goddess. She was incorporated into Judaism sometime during the 11th century with the writing of the Zohar. There was was transformed from a dark goddess in her own right into the 1st wife of Adam. The idea of female equality or feminism was considered evil at the time as women were expected to be submissive, so she was given these traits.
It's a fascinating story, but not at all magical.

I was getting the feeling from my own personal experiences that the deity's present themselves slightly different for each group of people but it's the same all together. (I'm referring to the similarities of the goddess's) Possibly people of those times were able to speak more openly about the god's and goddesses and were able to merge this together out loud with each other from one region to the other. In today's world it isn't acceptable to talk about openly as much. I think mainly we are too established (especially in America) to have the types of relationships with God's and goddess and they probably needed to narrow the focus and go down the road of faith. If you compare America to the middle east that has djinn in the every day life you can see how too much supernatural relationships can cause set backs for an economy, the East is just barely getting there. I only make this observation because I have spent the last decade with a hightened supernatural activity (like djinn, demons and shadow people) all around me and I feel blah! The stuff I go through daily isn't normal to function with or hold a job down. It really takes from my mind and it really took my mind on purpose!

I was sitting in my room (this is after 4 years of being robbed by the same people and this "devil" who was helping them supernaturally) and I was thinking "I might see if I could get an exorcism". At that point the demon heard me say it in my mind and he said,"your going to need two priests". I didn't know what he meant, I was definitely feeling the threat and I drove to the church. On my way I began thinking about how easy people get brainwashed by him and I started to change my mind about it. I know this sounds strange but this kind of brainwash was making people into zombies or turning the people I need most against me. So I went to enter the prayer room and it was locked. I woman came over and said you have to have a code to get in and she told me the code. It was my first bank accounts pin number and my best friends birthday. I didn't know what to think , it didn't feel like a coincidence and all I could feel was a little threat. I went in and grabbed a card with the St Michaels prayer and went home. On the way home I brought the courage within to do this by myself, I can't read fast or well enough continuously to read prayer from the bible but I can have courage. A day or two later I grabbed a water bottle and stood up in the living room and began saying repeatedly,"In the name of God, I command Beelzebub to leave me!" My mouth started to get dry and the lights outside and across at the career college started flashing in demonic anger. My speech began to slow (like speaking in slow motion) and I pushed through. The entity bent my wrists backwards and I was in horrified pain. I couldn't believe it, I was going through something I had only seen in the scariest movie I had seen in my entire life. While I continued to pray and my wrists were bent backwards I heard this voice inside tell me to take the tips of my fingers and push from the tips to my palms. While in pain and fear I did just what I heard it say and it hurt but it put them back where they'd belonged in a thankful praying position. At that moment my roommate came in from the garage and I asked him to pray with me and I grabbed his hand. When I grabbed his hand I saw this jolt of power go in him from the floor up to his eye balls that bulged out just like Beelzebubs on the statue when St. Michael was holding him down with the sword at him. As he tried to speak his speech was slurred and slow and I got scared for both of us and said we should stop. I went to walk to my bedroom and as I headed to the stairs I saw this little demon run in front of me and walk over to the back of the couch and write his name with his fingernail. It said,"Belizal". Could you imagine this? This is stuff you hope never happens to you and is only in a scary movie was really happening to me and I am all alone in my life. Are you familiar with the part of Revelations where it warns about Father will turn against their sons, mother's against their daughters.....? That happened to me and I was without my family. It was after the exorcism that this messenger came in my room and told Belizal "Satans little helper" ..."if you don't leave her alone GOD'S going to put the big hand down!" And he was talking about earth. After the messenger was gone I kept trying to drill it into his head to leave me alone like he was told to but he didn't and about a month later I was at work putting items back on the shelves and had another scary encounter. I glanced at the floor security mirror strip and I saw this Leopard standing on his hind legs and as I watched him he lowered himself to a predatory position and looked at me like I was prey. I put my hand out and instinctually said "get back" out loud and I looked to see if any of my coworkers were around and when I looked back he was gone. There was no doubt this thing was there because of Satan's Little helper and I thought it was just to scare me but there was much more to my life than I knew. These things that were written about in the holy Bible and prophecy from the holy Quran were happening to my life all around me. After six years passed I was sitting here in my room thinking about this Leopard and I said "I'm going to ask God what that Leopard thing was and what does he do" then I was led to look at the book of Revelations 13. This is where I read about the "antichrist'spirit (the little horn) and the two other Beasts, the Leopard Beast and the Red Beast. I looked at how it describes the timing and their purposes and I put it together. That demon Satans little helper is the little horn and Belizal is a form of BELIAL with a "Z" in it for generation Z and whatever other reason he put a Z in his name. (Many governments acquired the use of the letter z at the end of this world timing). His "homies " that were robbing me and controlling all kinds in society are called followers in the biblical sense. The Leopard was the Leopard Beast and Satan's little helper was definitely gaining love for the Red Beast. I remember them saying to recruit people to be a part of what they were doing. They were even using these "heads" of the Beast. People keep thinking a mark of the beast is something that humans can make and force upon people but from my knowledge it is a supernatural head or hand given by the Beast and controlled by the Beast system. The rest of my story is too long to write but we are at the end of the timing and there's no doubt about this anymore.

I have read of Lilith as Adam's first wife then left. This reading explains a LOT to me that the Bible leaves out which both saddens and outrages me.

I saw the title of the other one where they said the second version u made. But I've always grown up knowing that Lilith was Adam's first wife. She wasn't Satan's wife. If I recall the story it was that she got tired of being told what to do. And couldn't except Adam. She was in love with Mickel, or at least one of the other arc angles. So she was band from the garden and sent down to he'll with Satan. And she didn't wanna give up a part of her self to help create other humans. That's why she was sent down, and then came along Eve.

There are so many kinds out here today using God's name for self-serving purposes that you don't know who you can fully believe. All you have to do is read the Bible and when you begin reading the Bible ask God to make you understand completely what you are reading and to show you how he wants you to understand the Bible. I promise you that God will do this for you because God did It for me. That is the only way that you will truly understand the Bible the way God intended you to. 🙏😇

EDIT: And the fact that she had to become Adam's wife before the "fall of man" caused by Eve and Samuels revenge, puts her hunger for Adam's sinful humans children in a different light, I think. Not necessarily. In a monotheistic system, there is only one power that has any relevance. That is the light, though that power is in opposition to the darkness. The yin and yang. Lilith is yin, so she is valid within a monotheistic system. She is certainly relevant to Judaism. Things become more complicated in Christianity, where Jesus utterly overcame the world, and was crucified into the yang. There isn't really a huge amount of difference between paganism and monotheism anyway. It doesn't matter how you portray a faith, there is always only one light above it, and one darkness in opposition, no matter how many angels or demons, or small gods may exist within it 72000 or 144000, or whatever.
In Christianity, Paul the Apostle would have told you that all intelligences other than Jesus Christ are impure or malign. The Catholic church recognises Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel though. Each are stages, but Michael and Raphael both correspond to Odin, though Raphael would be the Thor version of Odin. In Christianity, the healer is Jesus, and it is clear that Judas is Loki. In Judaism, the same dynamic can be seen between Moses and Joshua.
The divine plan does ultimately call for unification of all religions in recognition of God the Father as The Light in opposition to the darker Eden Mother Earth of materiality who always awaits the return of The Light. There is no real difference between any of the faiths. They were all created by people going through the same basic programme of development, interpreting it in different ways.

The way people talk about it, you'd think there would be some consternation in the Christian church because nobody has ever invented a time machine to travel back to early 33A.D. in order to follow up on that. You need to open your eyes to faith. You can't reject everything, and deny all faith in everything because it doesn't fit a very tiny limited human understanding of an old book. If Jesus was right here right now, and had the name Bob instead, people would run him out of town. They might nail him to a cross again, saying NO BOB. YOU SAID IT YOURSELF. ONLY JESUS. Jesus is The Alpha and the Omega. We are talking God here. The omnipresent God. God isn't just omnipresent in some places and not others. Omnipresent means in all places. Yet Christians are saying. I appreciate your bible quote, but as I'm an archangel, I know my stuff. I may be tetchy, but I'm not short on understanding the nature of what Jesus is. I even passed through that light into heaven myself. That's how I know him, but he never actually used his name. He just welcomed me with open arms. I knew it was him though, on account of passing through him into heaven. Michael would have you believe that Michael is Jesus, and there are faiths who hold with that. Personally, I'd say the healer, e.g. rapha, Raphael is Jesus, because that is a more loving nature. They are both the light that leads into heaven, but they are both different. Neither of them are named Jesus, but they are both the light that leads into heaven, just as Jesus was, and likewise when you pass through Michael or Raphael into heaven, you do not enter heaven without passing through Jesus. This is theological philosophy, not a door with a door handle that only exists in one door frame. You can pass through Jesus into heaven, literally anywhere in the world. Anywhere, in any nation, in any religion, you pass into heaven, you go through the light, you go through Jesus, even if you've never heard of Jesus, and don't even see the form of a man. That's an unusual quality for a man of average height who only lived for a few decades a couple of thousand years ago. He has unusual qualities. He is all things. He is everywhere. He is The Light. It's way more complicated, than looking for some ancient Aramaic dude knocking about the place and asking if his name is Jesus.

The difference between the accounts in Gen 1 and Gen 2 is very simple to explain. One describes the spiritual creation and the other describes the physical creation. God created all things spiritually before he created them physically.
And no, there was no Lilith before Eve.
