That's right the left wing ideology that the western world is a tyrannical patriarchy made by white people and only for white people and is corrupt and oppressive and must be destroyed, Biden Trudeau,Arden all working together to destroy the middle class by going after our children with the LGBT and attacking woman so they don't produce anymore white men, destroying the family unit, it goes on and on

Do people realise that Andrew Coster's salary is a whopping $700,000 a year. He is the most invisible and lazy police commissioner in NZ history. When asked once what's his policy on gangs, he said. "I find it's better to work with them than against them." That worked well didn't it Andy

100% agree. In the 70's as a NZ Polioceman we were instructed to stop the patrol car, get out and conduct foot patrols of shopping malls, hotels and other places where the public were gathered. It worked ! Why this does not happen now is defenceless. To not do this was considered a serious neglect of our sworn duty. Coster is in no way a valid leader of the people sworn to protect us. His cousin neglected her sworn duty as well. God defend New Zealand. The Police are lead and directed by a useless cop not to do their sworn duty.,

This announcement was repeated 3 times and then I saw the actual Commissioner Andy Cuddles / Lantern Coster in a light blue uniform shirt with his uniform jacket over his arm, dawdling towards the Regional Gate. I regret not shouting at him to hurry up (as I pay his wages). He did not seem to care about holding the flight up or inconveniencing the traveling public and AirNZ's schedule.

Meanwhile, impacted communities were driven to protest police inaction and wrist-slapping sentences, bolstered by cultural reports (now there’s a nice little industry). Finally, forced to re-introduce police on the beat, Coster announces what should have been implemented years ago. I wish I could comment on Master Coster, but TH-cam would ' take it down'. Many years a go in, in a North Island City, on a Thursday to Saturday night, there was a "team Policing" activity, a group of ten Constables led by a Sargent, would patrol the City (several cars, a paddy wagon & dog unit) and one area they targeted, without warning was ALL the Pubs - one in particular which seemed to attract young ladies, resident's of the boarding section of the Girls High school. The effect the Police had on crime, underage drinking/drink driving and other 'anti social behaviour' (car burn outs was a thing into the future) was rather dramatic - Oh how well behaved people became, because you did not know when and where the Police team would turn up. I believe the same tactic was used in Auckland for many years. Oh the other thing, back chat toward a Police Officer was a " No-No".

Coster has been a lightweight since day 1. In the private sector, if a CEO waited to have their hand held before they implemented change to reduce RISK, they would be relieved of their position. That is what should happen here.
Andrew Coster is not Fit for Purpose - 700k a year for NO value returned.

You could have 500 police on the beat, but until the courts start handing out sentences that will act as a deterrent, it's not going to make an ounce of difference.
Antisocial behavior will increase because there's no respect for authority of any type now.

He's not, he a woke police comissioner and wants to work with criminals, rather then lock them up, however that directive would come from the Police Minister also, ask why so many policeman want to leave, they are not paid enough to put their lives on the line and never get backing from the top.

...the situation was not helped by the Labour government's decision to reduce the prison population and dump hundreds of recidivist crims back into NZ communities. That having been said, the policing service does appear to be largely ineffective and it would be great to see an independent review undertaken as the police have in many areas now lost the public's trust and confidence.

The military style academy is emphasising the wrong bit. It’s 3 months of the military style bit with 9 months of ‘warp around’ care to ensure those on the programme have the bet chance when the re-integrate into society.

Labour and Coster didn't want to police because this would have picked up a disproportionate number of anti-social predators will be found to be of one particular ethnic group. Michael Laws - Coster is not "a waste of space" - he is a wasted opportunity to have an effective person in the job who was not governed by a political ideology and narrative, but getting someone into the job who is determined to "enforce the law", not "interpret" the law.

It is obvious the police presence in CBD places of business ( Malls, Britomart buses, Michael Hill ! etc ) will deter these antisocial/criminal activities, I have been in the Philippnes , all banks, Malls, etc have several security guides there always,( with guns strapped over their shoulders ), they are all over the place , smaller towns and the cities , never saw any trouble , well spoken Michael, last bank ( Metro Bank ) I was in, this year, in Mandaluyong Manila, there were two outside and four inside, they also help customers re the banking procedures as they enter . just an example of what police/security presence can achieve !

Every major SUBURB had a community police officer who KNEW the area and those that caused the problems. They coordinated with police on immediate responses.
