Just learned about the lost of your husband. I cried very hard. This does not shake my faith in my Father God, I am very strong in my faith. Why am I telling you this? Inja Kim, my feeling Is God chose to let Him die to allow the arguments to unfold as they have. The Islamic claim that Allah cursed him with cancer for turning away from Allah and became a Christian. His truths have been saved and preserved here on TH-cam. His testimony of how he turned to Christ is amazing and heartbreaking when he tells how his family shunned him. You have been touched and I have as well. Christ ministry was short and yet look how many millions, nay, billions of lives changed. The rain falls equally on the just and the unjust. God bless you more and more. Keep the faith, my sister.

    See... this is why I loved Dr. Qureshi! He was so charming, so funny and personable. At the same time he was so brilliant, and focused. I followed him for years and always learned something. Most of all HE WAS HOLY!!! He loved the Lord with all his heart, soul, spirit and best of all his whole MIND!!!! Hard to believe he was only a Christian for 11years! He posted countless evangelistic, apologetic videos, worked for RZIM and spoke of his faith all over the world, achieved many post graduate degrees and wrote three marvelous books about faith! I’ve been a believer for 48 years and I’ve done none of that!!!! I’m a slacker. I can’t wait to spend a few thousand years in heaven just talking with him. He was truly a gift from God to the Body of Christ 😊

    Nabeel still had a bit to learn about the nature of miracles which he himself admits during a sermon months later. I think that's sort of a sensitive subject because the reality is that not all prayers for miracles will be answered and some Christians will say that was simply because of a lack of faith. But those people fail to realize that miracles have one true purpose, as we can see throughout the Bible, which is to bring people to God and i just feel like a disclaimer about not all prayers being answered is important because there are countless amount of people wishing God will just heal them or someone of something and there inevitably is a lot of disappointment for those who aren't healed which unfortunately a lot of the times turns people away from God. This is a solid lecture but I just feel it's missing a bit more discussion in miracles because of how sensitive a subject I feel it can be! Thank God for Nabeels ministry and that he is home now!
    EDIT: I see now that he sorta touches on what I was trying to say during the QnA that God is a person with a will of His own and that there is no system for healing and prayer

    • @kennethproctor1107
      @kennethproctor1107 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Biblical miracles served a specific purpose, the modern cheapening of miracles is terrible. God through His amazing providence does answer prayers in wondrous ways, but true miracles in modern time are almost nonexistent. God is still working every day, maintaining creation, working all things to His sovereign will, and answering prayers that are in line with His will. The often abused passage saying that what is asked in Jesus name will be done, usually cuts off the part of the chapter explaining that that means in His will, by extension not our will be done, but His will be done.

      @@michaelbrickley2443 - It appears my mom had a visitation too. She lived a kind of rough life. She was also a fighter and intensely committed to life. They put her on paliative care and gave her 2 or 3 days, but she lasted 7 - I knew she would fight death vigorously if only to serve as an example - she surely did not want to go, she saw life as the ultimate gift, but she received the sacraments while still alive, and I believe fairly confidently that she managed to die in a state of grace. Almighty God! ..
    Please Continue To Give nabeel what he Deserves By Your Divine Will! Even though nabeel reported early treatment that something _"remarkable"_ happened and doctors could no longer find the large tumor in his stomach, By Your Divine Wisdom, it turned out that the radiation didn't work and the tumor was in fact still there. By Your Will, the cancer had additionally spread to more lymph nodes which meant that he was beyond surgical repair.
    Thereon, each of the accelerating Cancer Cells & Tumors - rapidly spreading in his liver also - were ultimately your diligent servants that You Created, Maintained, Sustained and Were Commanding in adherence to their biochemical mandate ( * inc. his pre-amputated stomach ).
    Your Divine Will To Accelerate nabeel's end of life Far Surpassed nabeel's yearning to delay his meeting with You, however we all pray now that he's met You, nabeel now sees The Wisdom In Your Infinitely Wise Decision To Have Put nabeel through what he had been through (including the trauma of the Texas floods (i.e. Vlog #41 - th-cam.com/video/-k0DKureoc0/w-d-xo.html) on top of everything else in his final days).
    Almighty God, You Are Perfect, nabeel isn't. Your Divine Will Superseded nabeel's growing reluctance to leave this worldly life. You Alone Know Why You Inspired the breaking news of nabeel's stage 4 cancer *PRECISELY ON THE 11th ANNIVERSARY* of him accepting Christ.
    I Pray that when my end nears, please Pour Into me an Abundance of Excitement and Anticipation To Finally Meet You - After All .. You Look Forward To Meeting those that look forward to Meeting You!

    God is NOT 3 persons, NO Scripture for that. We are made in God's image, I am ONE person with a spiritual body and fleshly body, so is God.
    Son of God is God came in the flesh. God is Spirit, Jesus' Spirit is greater than His flesh on earth was, same with us. Plurality lies in the fact that God has a Spiritual body and glorified body {flesh} so do we have a spiritual body and a fleshly/soul body but we are one person with 2 bodies so is God.
    It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a
    1. natural body, there is also a
    2. spiritual body.
    1 Corinthians 15:44 ESV
    God who is Spirit came in a naturally body. In Genesis it was prophetically declared in His Name (plural) that is why God says "let "Us"
    God has only ONE Spirit and He is the Father who created His Word into a fleshly body came in His body with His Spirit. With other words, Jesus' Spirit is God in a soul/body, (two) while Father God also sat on His throne in heaven and He is omnipresent. That is why Jesus says in
    John 14 "If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.” Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.” Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
    John 14:7‭-‬9 ESV
    In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
    John 1:1‭, ‬14 ESV
    And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
    1 John 5:20 NASB
    God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and truth.”
    John 4:24
    ... To those who have received a faith of the same kind as ours, by the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ:
    2 Peter 1:1

      I also had the same question. But Nabeel is so precious to God. So God took him away. But Nabeel can not inspire us more than Jesus. God the Father took back Jesus at the age of 31. But that didn't diminish the inspiration and impact of Jesus in the life of of people who were born later, eventhouh Jesus did not live on earth to inspire them. What if brother Nabeel had not born. What if he had not come into faith. It is all the work of All knowing God. The Holy Spirit inspires human hearts.

    Good evening..
    First we ask Allah the most Merciful to bless Dr Nabeel Quraishi with His vast Mercy .
    I will focus only on the :
    - 1) - Is the Bible words of our Creator? :
    nowhere in the Bible mention about the Trinity doctrine, nor came from the Judaism as they worship Unique Lord, Jesus (Isa peace upon him) never mention about the Trinity.
    So from where came the actual Trinity doctrine in the Catholic religion?
    It is well documented in the history of the Catholic Church what happened year 325 during the Council of Nacea:
    The Roman Emperor Constantine I made a decision the Christianty to become a official religion in all the Roman Emperor (really not for Love of the Christianty and Jesus but the history tell us , Constantine I was pragmatic politician he left his religion Invictus Sol only before he died) Constantine I with his loyal Bishops borrowed and adopted the Trinity doctrine and Resurrection doctrine from old pagan religion like the Babylion and the pharo Egyptian,for example the Egyptian Trinity doctrine of 2200 B.C: was :
    - OSIRIS: father god of the Sun
    - Horus: son of the god, born on the 25 December, killed and Resurrected after 3 days (again THREE days).
    - ISIS: mother of the son of god.
    - The Roman Emperor Constantine I expelled from the Church the bishops who was agnist him and they believed Jesus as man .
    - from 325 to 397 AD was removed from the New Testament old books,
    So this enough to understand the actual Bible is not authentic (not words of our Creator) and the actual Christian Church is pagan.
    - 2) - The Resurrection:
    As I mention (obviously from official sources like history.com, BBC.co.uk, encyclopedia.co.uk) the Trinity and Resurrection doctrine was copied from old pagan religion.
    - Ladies and gentlemen:
    Why the Resurrection exactly after 3 days ? Why not after 1 or 2 or 5 for example?
    Why after 3 days exactly?
    Because the first pagan religion was in Babylion 3000 B.C. , Tammuz son of the god of the Sun (Nimrod) also born on 25 December was killed and as the Myth said in Easter after 3 days he Resurrected, was adapted by the Egyptian, Greek and also the Christianty.
    - also Santa Claus, eggs during Easter was all in the Babylion civilisation 3000 B.C.
    Thank you very much
    Have a nice evening.

      @chrisk3084 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      a lot of facts you got wrong, the trinity doctrine was not invented in 325 ad, it was only established and given a name, trinitarian christians already existed before that. And just because something existed before doesn't mean it was copied, pagans do animal sacrifices and so did the OT, that doesn't mean the Jews copied the pagans.. and vice versa. with that logic islam copied a lot of Jewish and christian literature and claims the old ones are corrupted which at face value sounds really stupid. You as a muslim cannot question the authenticity of the bible as Allah tells u its authentic and must believe it, Allah also says his word can't be changed. why the resurrection was 3 days and not 1 or 2? the bible mentions why ''As Jonah was in the belly of the great fish for three days and three nights, so will the Son of Man be in the heart of the earth for three days and three nights.''
      Um you do realize all sources of Babylon is from the bible right? the Santa clause and easter comments must be a joke, your whole comment must be a joke, so many miss information.

    Anybody can believe anything they chose to believe. The question is; can a scientist have scientific integrity and accept as factual things for which there is no evidence whatsoever. It's fine to take lessons from religious stories but it is unscientific to accept the supernatural as factual.

    • @lrvogt1257
      @lrvogt1257 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Zain844 : Indeed science has nothing to say about the supernatural since there is nothing to see, measure or test but nothing can be described accurately as "factual" unless it is tested with the scientific method. All else is speculation, fantasy, and wishful thinking.

    • @lrvogt1257
      @lrvogt1257 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Zain844 : To 'know" is a rather loose and vague term. Science is the only way we can verify what is factual. That is more specific and universal.

    • @lrvogt1257
      @lrvogt1257 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Zain844 : Science does deal in probabilities but also facts as based on the best information available, tested, repeatedly confirmed and accepted as true though still falsifiable. That doesn't mean it can't be improved such as with Newtonian physics and relativity. And science evolves precisely because it is not religious belief; because it does not indulge in fantasy and the supernatural. It evolves because faith does not enter into it. It is a methodology not a dogma.

    To answer the question: No. Only if they take the Bible as the inerrant word of God. Even Michaelangelo didn't believe in the resurrection. His painting shows people taking Jesus out of the tomb not putting him in. The 4 Gospels were not written by the Evangelists. No one knows who wrote them. They were written decades after the fact. If a scientist is going to believe something there has to be irrefutable, repeatable proof. Where is it? And if there is proof then what role does faith play. It's a catch-22. Stevie Wonder wrote: "When you believe in things you don't understand, you suffer. Superstition ain't the way." Can we prove the virgin birth? Can we prove Jesus fed the 5000? Anecdotes and canards. P.S. Don't forget about all the books that were left out of the Bible because someone didn't like them. There are quite a few. Why was Jesus considered a descendant of Abraham? Mary was not a descendant, Joseph was. Matthew says that Joseph was Jesus's father.
