Thank you so much, Max. I used to take Inner Axis classes. This exercise has motivated me to find a new class or start again from home. The focus on breathing is a real life saver. With gratitude and greetings from NL.
Dear Strom, my nervous system is in extreme overreactive constant survival mode 24/7 without second of break for years. I don't remember any more how my life was before that. I don't remember me being relaxed at all. My brain is been in that hypersensitive mode and it drained me of last drop of life force, suffering from severe ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, POTS etc and being bed bound unable to think or speak clearly... Tried everything when I had some energy and lucidity, but amount of both physical and mental exhaustion is preventing me now to do anything but barely breathe... I find your voice and teaching really comforting, and I wanted to express my gratitude to you in this way. God bless you
I'm so sorry you're going through such a difficult time. I would like to recommend that you also try my breathing exercises that I offer on TH-cam. Just look up Inner Axis 30. try to do this every day, any time of day that you want. And I think you will feel better the first time you try. Warm regards, Max PS: if you prefer apps, I also have an app called strategic breathing.
Hey max, I personally think you would heal a lot of people doing guided breathing mediations on TH-cam. I am so grateful for this. I haven’t been able to take a deep breath for a long time! I am so happy.. thank you.
Curious to know how you feel about Othership app. It’s designed as a breathwork app I’ve used it, it can be intense. Is all types of breathwork good? Wimhoff breath? Fast breathwork?
@@joena. Thank you Jo Jo. Warm regards from the Netherlands and look forward to seeing your face and one of my livestream classes soon. I do breathing sessions every Sunday.

Hi Max, I recently suffered from some stress induced anxiety and fear. Would you recommend any other breathing exercises which might help release the stress and calm the mind/body? Thank you
Hello Friend, I suggest that you do a daily practice of Inner Axis 30. You can find it free on TH-cam here: th-cam.com/video/RlB6rH8bcVk/w-d-xo.html And you can also get my app if you like on the app store called, Strategic Breathing. I trust that this will help. Kind regards ~ Max
After a lot of family passing away, I had this anxiety and panic attacks, with high blood pressure and white coat syndrome, what do you recommend? I'll try anything at this point
Hello Victor, I am sorry to hear about your difficult time. Many people in your situation have found to be alleviated and from their suffering from my, End Anxiety, online course. It can be found here: maxstrom.com/store/ We don't have to continue a life with anxiety, anxiety is a symptom of something else. We need to reconcile with our past, connect more with those around us, learn to grieve, and learn to breathe. Sincere regards, Max
Hello Roy, I'm sorry about your panic attacks. I help people who have panic attacks all the time. Mostly they have to do with unexpressed grief that you have pushed down inside you for so long that it comes out in a different way. We call it a panic attack. I have an online course called, The End of Anxiety, on my website if this interests you. Thousands of people have used this course. In the meantime, here is a free talk on TH-cam about grief that I made a short time ago. th-cam.com/video/5JG-2gaIvI0/w-d-xo.html kind regards, Max
@@MaxStromOfficial I know many people have panic attacks in a form of sensation in their bodies. For me, I feel a chest pain, which I have for years now. I've been doing deep breathing similar to the 478 technique, 30 minutes per day for a month, but I still have the sharp pain in my chest that comes and goes. So I'm not sure if you're familiar with this type of panic attack, which is stronger than an anxiety. I even listened to several hours of podcast interviews, but you haven't talked about this kind of situation and the success.
@@veramann Hello Roy, your symptom of the chest pain is very common, many suffer from this, but from what I have seen is the cause is usually the same. Extreme grief, unexpressed, put simply. I know the pain is extreme, and I hope that you look into working with someone on this. We all need help from time top time. Sincere regards ~ Max
@@MaxStromOfficial I'm glad you responded to my posts. Your comments are really helpful. My conjecture is the same as you. I know this because I've already worked with professionals (physicians, therapists, shamans, and life coaches). However, I still couldn't dissolve the problem. So far, I've been learning about the 478 breathing, box breathing, holotropic breathwork, Sudsarschan Kriya, and the Wim Hof method. I heard amazing stories from these modalities. Are these healing stories based on anecdotal evidence?
@@veramann Roy, most of the breathing work is based on anecdotal evidence, including mine because I haven't been until recently many studies on breath work particularly in the context of helping people with the alleviating anxiety. There will be more scientific evidence in the next couple of years but right now there is very little. But regarding the amazing stories you hearing about these particular type of breathing organizations, I cannot speak for them. I do not know most of them. I can only speak for my own work. kind regards, Max
Never seen anyone so calm and serene, feeling just by watching and listening. Great exercise, thank you Max!
