      Hey John, I’m glad you’re enjoying them and that I could help 😁 I dont know anyone no. However, the process should be the same as any other undergraduate degree. You can also email schools for more information. They usually get back within a day or so. Good luck in applying and reach out if you have any questions :)

    I accepted my offer to U of T Life Science over my offer for Laurier Health Sciences... Now I'm truly questioning whether that was the right decision or not.... I'm doing great in three courses first semester, but Physics and Bio killed me... I'm genuinely worried about whether or not I'll still have a shot at getting in, especially since I heard U of T is considering to drop their weighted GPA system. Overall, I'm just worried.

    • @MikeyAtalla
      @MikeyAtalla  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey Sebastian, first semester of first year is always the hardest even for me! I went to a science program in Waterloo that was super hard and I was upset at myself for doing so. However, life sciences is a good option. One of my close friends is in that program and also struggled with biology in first year but he realized where his weaknesses were and improved on them. I think you’re in a good spot now, keep grinding and try to do as well as you can - you got this 🤜🏻 💯

    Hello,
    I would like to ask you if you have any tips and tricks for the Personal Profile part of my University of Toronto application. Is there any place I could find the questions asked there? What do I have to keep in mind during the Profile? How do I prepare for it? What questions did you get on your Personal Profile, both written and video-recorded? Any answer will be a great help.
    Thank you for your time.

    • @MikeyAtalla
      @MikeyAtalla  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Asliraf, thanks for reaching out! Are you talking about the medical admission process at UofT or other programs. If its about medical school, the questions for each year can be found on this page (applymd.utoronto.ca/non-academic-requirements) and the application is done through OMSAS (www.ouac.on.ca/omsas/). It is due on October 1st every year. The main tips Carlos recommended were to try and explain how you fit all the CanMED roles (www.royalcollege.ca/rcsite/canmeds/canmeds-framework-e) and the Clusters UofT puts on their site (applymd.utoronto.ca/non-academic-requirements). Once you apply, they will respond with either a rejection or an interview in January where you will be asked face-to-face questions.
      Let me know if that answered your questions :)
