What I noticed in verse 3 regarding Melchizedek is that he resembled the Son of God in the NIV. In the NASB for reference it says, he was made like the Son of God. I don’t believe he was a pre-incarnate Messiah. The Bible does not seem to suggest that in any passage that Melchizedek is mentioned. He is a picture of the Messiah as the High Priest. Yeshua came through the tribe of Judah, not Levi. I hope that helped for that verse. I am not familiar with Melchizedek - I just looked up the name.. here's some possible insight from what I found: Melchizedek is thought to have been the king of Jerusalem. At least there were no stories of someone taking honey from a dead lion carcass tonight - eeewww. That kinda stuck with me 🤢 🙏🏻☮🐈⬛🐈❤🙏🏻🥰🙏🏻 How is your niece doing?
