I absolutely loved pineapple sheera and as soon as I hear pineapple sheera, it’s the Ramashray sheera what comes to my mind. Early 6 am breakfast at Ramashray, Matunga is what I have missed the most in this lockdown. The steaming hot idlis with podi and the sheera is so delicious. This is my take on it, I have caramalised the pineapple for that deep flavor which is not the traditional way to do it, so don’t pull out your guns on me for that. It is just my representation of the flavors I personally like and I felt that they could be bought out in this recipe. Do try the recipe it turns out to be amazing! Cheers!

Ghee doesn't give heart attack..heart attack happens when arteries clog due to bad cholesterol. Olive oil and ghee wont give you that. Please study 😂
It is ghee not your refined oil.....so you will not get heart attack..... please make use of your data pack and Google about ghee
