@@Aruzien around 2019, inazuma update. I stopped playing it since the game doubled its size and my pc has not enough space, till now. And I got engaged in PGR and later WuWa so I am happy without Genshin despite the FOMO with many characters.
On inazuma update AR60 well pretty much because Hoyo games are just repetitive and I'm not really a parasocial person that gets invested in characters I just want gameplay.
I stopped like a month ago or more, nice vid, I don't think I can go back, I'm so free now, I discovered at the bottom, I'm tired of walls of text, I'm playing Nikke and Sword of Convallaria meanwhile waiting for the next Wuwa update And oh boy, enjoying better stories made me realize how I like a good story telling, that's my cup of tea now Great vid, take care y'all ✌️
Keep in mind that genshin has improved with some QoL since Fontaine and also alot of them after WuWa launch. New players won't get the same suffering we've been getting for the last 3 years (before Fontaine). It's not that we are not happy Genshin is changing, it's just that is too late for those changes, they choose to ignore it for 3 years so I don't think the veteran players have that much patience with the game.
Agreed, even as a day one player it's just like they done things that was a bit to late and veteran players like myself don't consistently play or have found other games by now. The game still has a very.. VERY good story despite the yap fest but everything else are stuff we long wanted as vet players.
They finally fixed their godawful daily systems. After so years long...conveniently after wuwa's release. Before it, I had to speed run the achron quest, and nothing else. Few more things they could address is to make the traveler talk more...like alot more. And have a normal conversation with npcs, and paimon.
As someone who plays both WuWa and Genshin I always have the urge to double jump and grapple or run up and backflip walls in Genshin. That's how spoiled I was with WuWa's movement.

@@jacenouzen I'm one of the lucky one who manage to get out of the toxic relationship, don't know what makes me snapped and said "you know what? f it" and quit entirely, it was after I finishing the Chasm map (forgot version number) and that said a lot since it was a few days before Yelan banner came up, and I have enough pulls to guarantee her, almost play again when Arleccino banner came up but nahh nope
Honestly Fontaine storyline is pretty great, the Archon quest was peak story for Genshin imo. I still play Genshin and am also enjoying Star Rail, but right now WuWa is my go to gacha

BUT Please know that both games are great at what they do, of course both games can always improve but literally both have brought me some enjoyment in my free time over the past days or months of playing Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. After playing both Genshin and Wuwa for while, my phone suddenly demanded that it needed space, and that only one of these games can be saved while the other will be cast aside. So I’m very sorry for Genshin but I needed space 💀💀💀
i already dropped WuWa and still stay for Genshin. I do agree WuWa is more improved than Genshin. But the fact that i play both games on my device its like life and death. I pretty much enjoy play Genshin cause already understand what to do and didnt have any major lags, meanwhile me playing WuWa so happy with the easy exploration that they offer but the issue for me is the performance, its constantly lag even i barely even play it for 10 minutes even with 1.1 update, it becomes more worst in my experience. Every games have their + and - I'm still staying for Genshin than WuWa cause my current device, once i get better device i'm just going to play both of the games👍 IMO comparing 4 years old games with new release game with different inspiration and different approach isnt fair at all.
the problem with these character trials in benshin is that you can barely get the grasp on the how these new character works... it shows you an essay of text before you start and yeah, go figure it out on your own 🙃like how i should know raiden's circle means something aside from being an aesthetic? while wuthering waves have aa similar type... once you obtain the resonator... you may practice with them in the guides menu and it shows how they work... took me awhile to figure out zhezhi's concerto but yeah, looked a bit on the net... but yeah... at least i know shorekeeper's special intro activates when you used her liberation and switch intro cycle 3 times with your party back at her...
Here's what I can say after trying to play GI again after experiencing WuWa (last time I played was late 2021 to early 2022 I think). I just can't anymore, GI feels so slow, felt more like a kid's game, although there tons of things to do as 2+ years worth of content is there, it felt more of a chore rather than exploration when I tried doing what the game wants me to do which is "explore" climbing was boring, running out of stamina running around the world felt dumb, missing out characters that offered exploration QoL's like Ayaka, Kazuha,Yelan, Bayonetta wannabe etc. made me realize how fast and convinient it is to explore in WuWa with the grappling hook, double jump, echoes, etc. Story? Yes I wan't to see how it continued and will continue but I can just watch that in YT tbh, no need to play the game if that's what I'm only after. All these things made me realize that those who still play Genshin up until now? Are either suffering from stockholm syndrome, already too deep in sunk cost, or mindless braindead kids that are just Hoyo fans that reject and are disgusted on any non Hoyo gacha game. Well that's just me though I might be wrong and Genshin is truly a masterpiece of a game, but I highly doubt it.
I haven't been on since hu Tao rerun ages ago. At least a year or whenever leaf place first came out. Came back a few days ago and got a single 10 pull and was like, that it? Then got bored of dailies and stopped again
Hating Genshin constantly after quitting the game is like a toxic ex who can't move on. Also the title doesn't make sense when OP plays Genshin first and then WuWa then revisit Genshin again. I would suggest OP not to make more Genshin video since their content caters to WuWa players who hate Genshin. They're just asking for drama.

Comparing a new game, that stole and improved upon, an older game... isnt the result going to be obvious? Genshin is a different game, too. Genshin has a much prettier vibe than WW, just check out Shenhe's model from that camera angle you dudes know what I mean and tell me any character looks anywhere near as good in WW. Let alone the environments, stories (Fontaine and Furina's story needs to be experienced), and much more make Genshin a fantastic game. 36 Star the Abyss and tell me that shit is easy to do the first time, took me a year to do so from launch. For reference I have obtained 28/30 doritos in WW and have defeated all hologram bosses in WW.
I respect your preferences, but in my honest opinion i think even 90% of all the 4 stars in WW look better than Shenhe. In fact, even the NPCs look better than many playable characters in Genshin and I am not trying to be rude here or anything. I just like the vibe in WW more + the characters have more refined details on their outfits (not all of them) than Genshin characters.

Lower the vibrancy of genshins colors ingame and you'll notice. The story has like 3 good moments after 4 years, the lipsync up to this day is horrendous, 60fps cap, the combat lacks depth and doesnt ahve any impact or good feedback at all. Genshin is outdated, no matter how good you think the music is or how big the world is, or whatever the positives are.

funny enough don't let sub count fool you, I used to do my hero content (over 100 videos) all unlisted you can find on my channel under playlist tab, so I have a small portion of wuwa audience but I can still run a poll, not everyone plays one game. even if they're hardcore die fans that say "no" I dont play genshin or not, because some of them do
It’s so ridiculous when you say "everything feels so slow" while using only the usual attacks, as if it’s wuthering waves and you need to press only attack, but in fact not one of the tested characters uses them, and the game for this team must be a quick replaying of your characters and use their skills. The same Gaming plays from its skill, and in his ult can use it without a cooldown. It’s also so stupid to say you want to see what changed in the game, but go through the story instead of talking about real changes, like a daily errands system that allows you to not do any daily tasks at all, just to expect resin; or increase the limit of the resin. You haven’t even tried the new game-ending content "theater imaginarium", don’t you find it strange?
I don't find it strange, I'll be able to cover it again in future videos whenever I have chance to. I didn't say that this was the "Final" video of me ever doing another genshin video and I can't cover exactly everything new in one video anyways. I've done the same for PGR, I will react to mostly new characters etc and also play the story in video as well because its all new to me playing through it. and im doing another PGR video soon because I didn't do exactly everything in that video.. I'm not playing the game for 24hrs straight ... I have a life outside games lol I'm enjoying the game at my pace and also wanted to cover story aswell in the video and will be same for future videos.
You have to see it from my perspective, its been months so theres way more newer stuff to me even outside QOL changes. I can't name every new enemies/bosses in game etc in this video. not sure why your being toxic over my enjoyment and wanting me to specifically do specific things in this video. so when I get to it, I'll get to it in a video.

At this point i just use mods to change the looks so i can a bit of fun. It's nice to change appearance for older characters cuz no skins.

Proportion wise, WW wins the model design but cartoony/anime-ish wise GI takes the win.
