Sir can you clear a doubt about tada.
If an employee is on temporary duty to another office and resides in staff guest house on completion of his duties he comes back to his Hqr and claims 450/day as hotel charge without submitting the guest house Bill as according to rule 450 can be claimed without producing the bill. Plz tell me is there any problem in claiming the hotel bill.

If staff guest house assigned to you by temporary duty point then you can not claim hotel charge.If not then you can claim by self certification
