Can't say much without more info, but definitely sounds like Sword Flash is not the best for your account.
ur second trans should be either vesa or queen but if u wanna go full protection choose vesa if u wanna go full damage go with queen

You would want eloise to be doing minimal damage right? Cause u want azrael getting the kills to revive. So literally useing every defensive stat u can could be the best route. I love when defense is the answer lol

If you have no copies of anyone else and aren't using valuable glorious chests that contain Light or Dark heroes to do so, and you've got all the food ready to go, and by not builder her you're slowing your chance of getting an E5, then yeah, go ahead.

Focus on making one hero to E5. You can't just build loads of heroes at once when you start. It will only slow you down. An Azrael won't be a good E5, not until you have an established account and you need to transcend him anyway.

Not using mark removal!! Lmao
We switched things around between fights quite often, just lots of this gets edited out for brevity unless it makes sense to keep it.
Even then, we actually switched to shared fate, much better than mark removal in these vortex fights because if Amen-Ra marks you, Ignis dying will kill you before you even get to the purify chance at the end of the round.

Om my new account I went for freya as my first e5 like his many series and I have Eloise and Holmes built and Annabelle is my next project and I'm almost at a second transcendence so maybe Azrael over swordflash xia.
"his many series"??? I did it as a meme that one time just to see what would happen. Vesa is probably better for you as the next transcendence. Her and Freya are an amazing combo.

I still don't understand why building wide is bad. I literally have 3 reasons why building wide is beneficial to new players.
You might not understand what building wide is if you think it's beneficial. Some people confuse building good supporting 9-stars, or food in preparation for an E5/imprint as building wide. It isn't. Building wide is starting a hero, taking them to E2, then stopping because you ran out of copies and building someone else to E2. Then getting the copies to make them E5 but having no food left.

And btw if your building a hero to a high level either after finishing a previous hero or the previous hero isn't complete yet your still starting on a brand new hero... It's still building wide. Lvl doesn't matter in that aspect
And if anything building narrow or tall does more harm than good I'm sry but it's true
Building wide is building multiple other heroes out of impatience or pointlessness which prevents you from making heroes in the long term. The best example of this is build every "good hero" to 9-star. Rather than building a hero to 10-star and eventually E5.
By not building an E5 as soon as possible you delay unlocking the void and the progress you gain from there is halted, and slows the time it takes to get a transcendence hero.
Also, by building a load of heroes to 9-star who you won't want to feed, you waste loads of 5-stars.
The same happens by building a bunch of heroes to E2.
Heroes that are E5 are SIGNIFICANTLY more powerful than those who aren't, and that is only even more true for imprints and beyond. Building one single good hero, and surrounding them with lesser heroes who don't require all that food to progress, or even better, their own tenants, is proven to be better than any other strategy as it is the most efficient way to use your heroes and resources when building a team.
