Masha Allah you have very explicitly advised/explained the eligible retired employees to receive refund of group insurance.If I am not wrong I also heard you said banks retirees also eligible to receive group insurance in lump sum.In this regard please advise banks shall voluntarily make payment or retirees need to initiate litigation individually or in group

I being a retiree from a Utility Company in Sindh mention that Group Insurance Premium was not deducted from our monthly salaried however, it was paid our employer. Which department u belong, one main point is that if you have Govt accommodation then this situation will might be hepened, otherwise no legal restriction to start your pension, you know better your case.

جناب عالی گزارش یہ کہ گروپ انشورنس سے متعلق یہ وضاحت کریں کہ پی آئی اے کی اس حوالے سے کیا پالیسی ہے میں 2009 مین پی آئی اے سے رٹائر ہوچکا ہوں مگر پی آئی اے ملازمیں سے متعلق کوئی واضح پالیسی نظر نہیں ارہی اگر اس موضوع پر آپ کچھ روشنی ڈالیں تو شاید پی آئی اے کے رٹائرڈ ملازمین کی بھی کچھ دلجوئی ہوجائے۔۔ امید ہے آپ جواب ضرور دیں گے شکریہ

Lawyers are requested to reply please. Can an SHO call Tehsildar to conduct DEMARCATION of land without informing real owner/occupant on receipt of application from any neighbor living around. Please quote the rule which impose restrictions on POLICE from interfering in land disputes. If SHO and Tehsildar join hands to dispossess a citizen from his property and Assistant Commissioner also does not take action on Dummy Demarcation Report, which forum is there to provide justice in this regard.
