So on an amplifier - do you want a higher or lower ratio for best sound and less white noise? Im looking at two amps and one S-N ratio is 0.75 and the other is 0.85? Both are the same wattage and rms and impedance.
I don’t pay attention to LUFS for vocals only. I only pay attention to LUFS on the overall song loudness. Typically all major label releases are between -7 to -10. All depends on how dense the song is relative to the LUFS level. A song could sound louder but have less in it, and showing a higher LUFS level. A song that’s super dense could show that it’s -7 but sound lower

Helpful ... but what is a good level for vocal recordings in Pro Tools? -6dBFS .. --10dBFS .. -12dBFS .. or -18dBFS? Thanks
