What I find funny about the Stonehenge song is that by the end it basically turned into an ads promoting Vegard's Honda Civic because he was supposedly trying to sell it at the time.

@@ajbp95 the funny thing with The Fox was the fact they had Stargate to produce the whole thing, just a massive joke because Stargate owed them a favor. The song is crap, but that's the point.
@@rowaystarco To add to that if I remember correctly The Fox wasn't even supposed to be this big hit it became. It was just a fun song made to promote the most recent (at the time) season of their show.
The Lonely Island was and still is one of my favourite comedy bands… I wish they would do more albums

Ylvis is such an underrated group, they have a lot of banger songs coming from their comedy show, definitely recommend taking a look at Jan Egeland, Old Friends and The Cabin

Lately i've been listening to a lot of Rhett & Link songs and honestly they're bangers!! Especially Buddy System songs i actually listen to those quite often and i think BDG definitely deserves a shoutout here as well, he also definitely has some bangers that i also listen to quite often!!

I used to cook at a lunch club for the elderly and they played "my ding-a-ling" every week. There's nothing better than seeing 40 90-year-olds singing along to that song together.

I have two comedy songs that I listen to that honestly are just bops. Like I'm not a huge fan of comedy music but Jack Sparrow by the Lonely Island and Freaky Friday by Lil Dicky really just get me hype for some reason 🤷♀️

Before I watch the whole video: I expect a lot of songs from The Lonely Island

I was amazed that you included Allan Sherman's "Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh," which IMHO is a classic. You could put in just about anything by "Weird" Al Yankovic, too, although funny music IS what he does.
I wouldn't have included the theme from "Two and a Half Men," especially the early version (the later version with Ashton Kutcher was funny because HE sang the high part). There HAVE been funny TV show themes, but in most cases the themes were more memorable than the shows.
Ylvis, burnham and lonely island are truly my type of musical comedy
Edit: I am honestly surprised that when people think musical comedy no one mentions Ackbar by Julian Smith, because that song has more emotions in it than 90% of pop music.

A couple I feel were severely missing from this list were Nick Lutsko (personally my favorite comedy singer. Extremely underrated, go watch him), Jazz Emu, Jon Lajoie and Tim Minchin.

I can tell you that they are equally great if not better live. One of the best concerts I’ve ever been at.
Part two needs to have something by jazzemu because his songs are so funky and I can help but groove even if the subject matter is so absurd and random like the similarities between a dad and a supermodel. I also couldn’t get human centipede by Tom carry out of my head for like 4 days after hearing it and the music video that goes with it has such good art.
One of my favourite comedy groups was Arrogant Worms. A couple other songs I like are Didn’t You *ill My Brother by Alexi Sales and They’re Coming to Take Me Away by Napoleon XIV

I had a big grin on my face when you brought up One Piece at a Time, and I wish you'd spent a bit more time on it. Hearing Johnny Cash explaining the car and imagining it is always great.

Ylvis are the greatest to do it in my opinion; always comes up with crazy, surreal ideas and backs it up with high production quality.
Everything is made for their TV shows within Norway, and blowing up internationally was never the intention. It is so damn cool though; made them by far the biggest comedians of all time here in Norway
