I will give my example, I always wanted to draw and what I did was start do doodle every day, I bought materials and now I am the best of my friends/class, etc. I recommend you to go to the art store buy a pen like a sakura one and a good piece of paper, in arts the more quality you pay the more you get. Now just start to loosen your hand, try to make perfect circles and straight lines, when you feel comfortable with that look up a reference photo and learn how to measure it, learn how you can take measures with the eyes. And don't give up, train every day and you will be better than anyone.
