I enjoy layered sounds when they are all different and match the movements of the hands. They’re like invisible triggers imo.
I saw a chiropractor ASMR video with plushies and the cracking noise was between the same three sound samples. It was awful.

This video helped me fall asleep twice last night. If I could “like” it twice, I would.
For over 3 years she's helped me sleep. And out of all of the so called famous people around the world. She is one of only 5 that I would like to meet and shake her hand and say thank you. And tell her how much that truly means to me. .
Me too 😊 . The only reason my insomniac brain would give in to sleep . The others cant do what she can . I can only make it 10- 15 mins max and I am out . Tired or stressed or even if its the middle of the morning her asmr just knocks me out lol . If i want to sleep its always tingting time 😅

She changed the uploding time. In the past, she always uploaded at 10 p.m european time (now at 1 a.m). But for me as a night owl, I always go to sleep late, so I'm fine with a later upload 😆😁

I've played it twice now and for whatever reason i paid closer attention to it and half way through I laughed so hard I'm not sleepy at all and my stomach hurts from laughing so hard.
