The best part is how methodologically accurate this is. Other mythological figures like Gilgamesh and Mowi have faced crushing failure and doom trying to concur death yet Jesus does so naturally. And if Jesus can for give and redeem all of humanity for all their sins, than the understandable rage of Kratos is nothing. (+ God dislikes the worship of other gods, Kratos did God a favor.)
@@MrToastyYT I know that in God of War there are a lot of fictional gods, but here we're talking about God (AKA Jesus Christ) which is not fiction and if you think it is, i really feel sorry for you.

I want a more serious version of this to actually be the end of the God of War series. After murdering pantheon after pantheon, Kratos would have lost all who had cared for him and any hope of forgiveness. He travels to the last pantheon, and unintentionally starts a rivalry with Jesus. However, when he confronts him, Jesus is just like “nah man, it’s alright, I forgive you” and Kratos is like “fr bro?” and the story has a happy ending. Until studio interference with half-baked sequel a decade later
the subject is so controversial, but this ending is actually what happens in the official game spoiler : i mean he becomes the God of Peace, he killed many who were deserving, he saved people, he's a good father and all
*SPOILERS* This completely contradicts the ending of Ragnarok in which he becomes a worshipped God and is surrounded by friends who love him? In fact, this directly contradicts GOW 4 in which he tries to escape killing gods. He's only ever killed one pantheon anyway, Odin has probably killed more Norse gods than he has, since Kratos has only killed 2 (Baldur, Heimdall) and had a hand in killing Odin.

There is no fighting the resurrected Messiah. He is 100% invincible and 100% unstoppable, when he is in divine wrath mode you will sooner fall to your knees and crumble to dust than even get close to him. Revelation says when he comes back it will be with fire in his eyes and his face shining like the sun in full strength, his voice like thunder and cascading water falls, it says he will slay people dead, even captains of great armies he will slay, with nothing more than the power of his voice alone, and the angels accompanying him will blow war horns and call all the gore crows around the world together, inviting them to a banquet, where the crows will feast on the flesh of the corpses slain by the wrath of God. And all the corrupt world rulers will be so terrified they will be hiding in caves and behind rocks like "Oh shit he's coming to get me!"
Fun fact: Back in GOW3, it was teased that Kratos will become one of the three wise men that welcomed Jesus into our world, with the other two being Tyr and Anubis, the gods of war of their pantheon. Sadly, this plot thread was quietly dropped after GOW3 after it was decided that they can milk the franchise a little more
Small corection. Anubis is actually the Egyptian god of the underworld, not war. Montu is the Egyptian god of war, but it was first believed that Horus, the son of Osiris and Isis, was the god of war.
Okay you mean the cut ending for GoW 3 and the original plans for GoW 4. What was going to happen was the Egyptian and Norse pantheons we're going to attempt to conquer Greece, but Kratos would team up with his god slaying equivalents who would then become the three wise men and witness the rise of the God of Abraham as a result and the beith of Jesus.
Kratos: now that Ragnarok is over I can finally be at peace. Mimir: Aye brother tis Ragnarok business kinda reminds of a prophecy from the desert lands of the Middle east. They even have a bloke blowing a horn to signify the upcoming apocalypse.
Honestly, Jesus would probably even praise Kratos for the fact that he changed from a vengeful person to one seeking peace. Kratos would probably remind Jesus of one of his apostles, Simon.
Funny, coz baldur was like the jesus in norse myth, then god of war made him into a meth addict connor McGregor... If they can do that to baldur, imagine if they do the same to jesus lol
I can imagine Kratos and Jesus having a pretty good friendship. Kratos being weary of him at first, but Jesus understanding why and reassuring that any hostilities would be unnecessary, and helping Kratos find peace while offering him some water turned into wine.
Realistically, Christ would totally be the chillest dude ever. If Christianity were to meet with the other Pantheons, I’d imagine literally everyone would think he’s a total dork except the angels, the Buddha and a few Hindu gods.
Some Christian theologians would say that gods of other belief systems are usually based on demons aka fallen angels who tricked people into thinking they were gods, in which case they really wouldn't get along with Jesus lol.
I think it's the opposite. God may be a loving father for humanity but He would probably a total menace to every other god since he treats them as false gods and demands his people have him as the only God.

This completely contradicts the ending of Ragnarok in which he becomes a worshipped God and is surrounded by friends who love him? In fact, this directly contradicts GOW 4 in which he tries to escape killing gods. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. That sound really awesome and saddening at the same time.
Small corection. Anubis is actually the Egyptian god of the underworld, not war. Montu is the Egyptian god of war, but it was first believed that Horus, the son of Osiris and Isis, was the god of war.
