- Don’t let Procreate’s simple interface and streamlined features fool you. Despite being a drawing app first and foremost, it can handle a surprising amount of design tasks. In fact, you can even design a logo with Procreate so long as you keep your expectations within reason, and in today’s tutorial I’ll be demonstrating how to do just that.

If you mask the letters you don't need to rasterize or erase parts of the text and can modify it later.

it sucks how you can't just scale from a center point, instead the object will reposition depending on what corner your drag in "uniform scale"

if you follow the curve of the s with the eraser tool, keep your pencil tool on the screen and hold it down with pressure, it will give you a perfect curve.

When creating an ellipse, tapping and holding with the other finger doesn’t make it snap to a perfect circle. Anyone have any idea why?

It's always good to have a vector logo, but depending on how you'll be using it you could get away without it. Just design it a large enough size (1280 pixels) to accommodate most uses.
@@Make_It_Mobile question. Let's say I made a logo that had different colors in it how would I make it a vector file? I tried to use other apps to make vector files when I use color and it just turns the whole image black and white. And also what dimensions are you using to make this particular logo you made in this video?

Great, thanks for the video! However as a designer it bothers me that you used the hand to manually erase it, making it jagged and not smooth and professional. I would prefer if there's a way to copy the S and make it cast the shadow to make everything more even.

I created a new document based on screen size, but it doesn't matter for this design.

Absolutely. The menus may look a little different but it functions the same way.
How to get it to not look blurry wen uzoom in?
Zoom out with bigger canvas
I saved transparent logo in PNG format but unable to use it anywhere. It is showing with white background
You may have to turn off the visibility of the background layer.

Open the layers menu, select the text layer, and then close out of the layers menu.
dose it suitable for printing?
Considering that Procreate lets you adjust the DPI and use a CMYK color profile, yes it's certainly suitable for printing.
...waiyminut how... Do u know how big that logo is? Like in inches.... Or... Do u make this logo.... Transfer it as a png.... THEN you scale it to size? Say on a cruitcut?
You can set the size of the logo beforehand using the Canvas settings if you need it to be a specific size. When designing logos I just like to design them at really large sizes because it's always easier to scale down than it is to scale up.
Is it available On Android? I Mean What Platform Does This app Supports..?
Just iPad and iPhone. No Android unfortunately.
