After washing the body to remove oils and such, how do you put the mask on without putting more fingerprints and oils back on the body?

When washing the body it also will clean the oils off of your hands so you don't get finger prints on the body.

you also can use a liquid mask
and just apply with a brush.

Gloves, once you wash your hands your body starts replenishing the oils you washed off.

For those with low funding, go to your local sign store, go to the dumpster, there's always tons of vinyl with cut li es and letters and whatnot

Mike T I prefer the Blue painters tape because it does not leave a residue like the regular masking tape does

I have a question about painting.
I want to do some detail painting on my RC's chassis, rims, bumpers etc.
I want to use enamel paints as I have a huge selection of Testors Enamel Model paint colors and I'd rather not have to buy new paint if I don't have to.
The parts that I want to paint are made out of PVC. Do you know if Enamel paints will stick to PVC?? Or do I have to use a different kind of paint, if so what kind?

Nice tip holding smaller stickers or masks with an xacto blade. So simple, yet I never thought of it. I would usually try to fumble small stickers in to place with just my fingers.

I have a clear body that didn't come with an outer overstay mask. is there something I can use to cover the outer part? I don't want to use masking tape.

You could spray the outside with a heavy coat of plasti dip and just peel it off after you’re done painting the inside.

Cut open flat a plastic bag & tape it to the bottom edge wrapping it to cover the whole outer body,scrunch & tape the plastic bag so it hugs the body contours & is easier to handle.

Those scallops n lines ....those are ment to be used with transfer tape....you can ruin them by the way you are doing it

Transfer tape is just designed to hold together designs that have multiple lines. The small scallops that I used you don't need transfer tape. It is really nothing more than a wide stripe of paint mask.
