I think all wooden pencils like eyeliner/eyebrow/lipliners doesn't go all the way down that bottom but i'mnot sure. I called empty those products when you cannot sharpen them anymore because its so small. Sometimes tip might broke off.

Ive been panning the rimmel nude eyeliner in my waterline for almost 4 yrs. I think I have 1 1/2 yrs left.
How often do u cut ur ends ? I also want long hair but its takes timmeee
