It could even be a miss understanding, but your insecurities have played up in your head and by not expressing them healthily then you'll continue to feel jealous.
And through open communication you can tell your partner if there was something that made you feel jealous. They can listen and either explain their side of the story or they can agree to avoid that particular scenario.
You will feel less jealous especially over time, because you are reassured by your partner through their actions, support and openness.
