[LAUNCH X-431PRO3] ‬TCM adaptive learning - clutch learning - ‪Applicable for all Ford models.
This function is used to learn the clutch parameters to improve its performance after replacement of transmission control system or when the clutch pedal is not functioning well.
Test Conditions and Attentions:
Vehicle has a certain quantity of oil, turn off all electrical systems (A/C, blower, headlamp, etc.).When the engine runs at full speed, it makes a lot of noise and may last 2-3 minutes. During this process, do not release the gas pedal! Almost during the whole test, the brake pedal is pressed .
When this function is done, some DTC may be set (usually appear in PCM, causing engine lamp illuminated), it is normal, but do clear the DTC manually to remove the MIL abnormity.
