BTW, I’ve never been to Victoria and lived in Texas much of my life. Grandparents lived in Refugio. Mom called it Foo-gee-oh and said it was a terrible place. 😄
Why does he do that where he preaches in a normal voice, then all of a sudden shouts? Does he want people to flinch and be intimidated of him? Or perhaps people are having their skin thickness tested?
