アルバムよりリードトラック「ドーナツ」MV フルver.を公開！
前作「WINDOW」から10ヶ月!と異例とも言えるハイスピードで作品をリリースするDrop’s。
今作は映画『無伴奏』主題歌の「どこかへ」、映画『月光』主題歌の「月光」という中野ミホのソングライティングの高さに惚れ込んだクリエイター陣からオファーによる映画主題歌の2曲を含む全12曲収録。
アルバム制作は映画主題歌以外、その曲順でレコーディングを行ったという。
明確なコンセプトのもとに統一感のある今の「中野ミホ」自身を凝縮したアルバム。
サウンド面ではこれまでの作品とは違いアコースティック・ギターの音色が新鮮である。
制作時に思い 描いた“からっぽ”という“空虚感”とは裏腹に全体を通して“やさしさ”“あたたかさ”に溢れたアルバムである。

昨夜の大阪ワンマンライブで生で聴き、この曲がとても好きになりました。昨夜のライブは会場が高架下にあり、ひっきりなしに電車の音が聞こえる悪条件のもと行われましたが、Drop'sは全く意に介さず、本当に素晴らしいライブでした。
僕もこの曲、荒谷氏と中野氏が向かい合ってイントロを弾き始めて、グイグイ引き込まれました。

So much shouty music on the radio in Australia. As a result, I don't listen to commercial radio any more. Performers in Aus/UK/USA could learn a lot from this video - you can do a lot more with less. Drops are Zen perfect. Beautiful sound.
