Honestly, you should put *6 Months* in the title. Otherwise this video is a bit misleading.
I joined Infy in October 2021. This rule was there at that time also. Recently it came to limelight.
This time there is a lot of talk about this 👍
Previously this rule was there. But in recent offer letter they mentioned these company names.
Buddy in the agreement it is clearly mentioned that "if the employee is going to work for the same client in the competition company that is policy violation not for other clients " btw this rule is there for past many yrs in Infosys. If you have worked in Infosys pls check your offer letter as well.
You should have mentioned the condition in the starting of the video itself, you are literally mentioning that in the middle of the video.
The title looks like if somebody joins Infosys then he will not be able to join the competitors for whole lifetime.
Pls be responsible buddy because there will be many freshers students holding offer from Infosys who will get confused.
I got worst exp with Ify. they taken my interview after 1month aftr uploading / creating profile all stuff and after doing all they tken my Interview and asked me questions of different role when i told them its not in our and my role is diferent they sent me role mismatch emai and rejected me ! now i cant apply for next 6 month and also Its wastage of time when i alredy mention my skills and role and responsibilities in Resume.
And now am happy to i saved myself from Infy which dont allow to work in our choices compan for there rule.
This rule was there in 2013 also. And many companies does that ...
Bro we can join all those organization even after resigning from Infosys, except we can't work for same client only.

Bhai, Accenture me bhi toh he aise vala rule, can't work for same client in yur future companies if they are competitors,, Bas ye darake rakhne keliye hota he, agar client dusra he toh yu can join competitor company , agar same bhi client hota tab bhi kuch ghanta pata nhi chalta, infy vale ye rules banane me late hain, baki sab already hain , Mera 8 saal ka experiance hain IT me
You cannot work for same client in this 6 company but you can join
It is better not to join with the Infosys company. Instead of giving a better package, they are doing this kind of nonsense work.

Hi buddy will TCS fire employee for low performance, a guy had took basic training and got ITA profile but now not able to get connect with team speed showing low performance will he fired
Note: You can't join the competitor only if you work for the same client. Yes, you can join the competitor if it's not the same client.
Also, the specific reason why they do this is because most of the time your client will buyout both Infosys and it's competitors. Same goes with TCS, Cognizant, Accenture.
Infosys as a company is afraid that you will switch to it's competitor behind it's back by having some hidden job agreement with either the client or the competing company based on the interaction with those teams.
Some questions:
Did you courier your assets or handed them over at office? If so did you get your courier charges. One more ask, did you get experience or resignation acceptance letter on LWD?
I couriered my laptop yo near dc and no worries you can claim that amount.
I got my resignation letter at LWD. But no worries they will send you your relieving letter with in 7 days.

You can switch to any of the companies mentioned.... But not for the same client... which anyways is a very uncommon case.
The current project you are working... It's rare that you get that 1 project in the organizations mentioned out of 5k+ projects.
Misleading title, this rule is their in every offer letter of infosys wether its in 2022 or in 2017. You can’t work for same client thats it and moreover once you are out of any company no rule can be imposed on ex employees until the company is paying you something.
It's not in my offer letter. I got 2 months back.
