What should I do if I'm a grandchild adopted grandchild of my grandmother's estate and was told that I was beneficiary per capita at one point and was disinherited but never seen any documenting proof saying or any language in the trust saying I was disinherited .What do I do they're also selling the family estate immediately and I want to figure out what to do right away before it's too late also the supposed reasoning for the entire list of grandchildren beneficiaries being disinherited seems very vague and unlikely and it was still only told to us verbally not through proof of seeing the document

What if there wasn’t a will and the deceased told me that his retirement profit sharing money would be divided 4 ways between my brother, me and my 2 children. My brother was made beneficiary but when my dad died my brother kept all the money and didn’t give me and my kids any of it. Is there anything you can do?
