Super helpful. I've very right footed and felt there was more control there. Rather than battling to be perfectly symmetrical, nice to embrace using the right (or left) foot to get control of the motor for accel and deccel. Thanks!

Hi I have a few questions. Thank you for making this video, no one else talks about diagonal weight distribution.
    1. Right is centered between ball of foot and heel. Left is more forward or the same?
    2. Do you use your right foot to also deccel and then put weight on left ball (creating diagonal again)?

Both feet should be positioned so you can comfortably stand up without braking or accelerating.
Sometimes I switch sides to give the other side a break. But usually as I speed up i end up lifting my dominant heel while keeping my nondominant planted.

Why dominant foot back (in the staggered stance)? I’m super new EUC rider but a rather experienced mountain bike rider And I always ride right foot forward on the bike, which I also believe to be my dominant foot on the EUC. Weird because I surf/skateboard left foot forward.

i will say on the v13 my dominant foot is more forward compared to the v12. It might be because of the weight difference on the wheels

If most folks have their toes hanging off the front of the pedals then why don’t manufacturers make the machine so our feet can remain centered on pedals otherwise why put pedals where they are ? Thanks ✊

Usually toes hang off on one side due to a staggered stance which can be either foot dominant. Also pedals extending too far risks a pedal clip .

@@whatswheelygood Point taken. I just prefer to have my foot centered on the pedal (size 14)

@@walterwilliams268 The only real concern is wobbles if your weight is at the middle of both pedals at once since it can start to oscillate.
Staggering by a bit can help prevent this but its really personal preference and also can depend on the euc.
