    Great videos , really help with visualising everything.
    Some constructive feedback though. I'm not sure hip extension is shown properly on this video. When the skeleton bends to reach the ground - that's hip flexion, not extension. Hip extension should be when you stand upright and you move your leg backwards (the same as on your glute max videos).
    Anyway, all your videos make anatomy so much easier, so thanks for that.

      thank you for your input! I’m always happy when people have good criticism,.. I know in this video explanation is not correct, It could have been done a lot better,.. I will make a review and consider all the feedback I got to eventually make it crystal clear! thanks again for taking the time to comment and sharing your thoughts on this topic. have a merry Christmas and stay healthy to you and your family Alex

    Dr Edward Burke that wrote a Book about the Science of Cycling mentioned these type as two joint Muscles or something similar. They go completely across an entire length of a certain bone is what I'm noticing now

    I love your videos. A suggestion : could you show the opposing muscle and how it works, different color, perhaps?

    this is same as semitendinosus ?

    • @LivingInBoredom
      @LivingInBoredom หลายเดือนก่อน

      Semitendinosus lies superficially to semimembranosus. It’s the ghost muscle shown in the multimuscle view at
      1:43. They’re very similar muscles that do nearly the same exact thing :)
