Friend, if you still have all your fingers intact: this is NOT how circular saw should be used. Free hand cutting, your way of cutting, is absolute DANGER. Stop it right now and inform yourself before it's too late.
You have many instructions on internet how to use circular saw, watch them and learn.

Cuando se usa el taladro se debe prensar la pieza porque puede comenzar a girar y puede ocasionar un accidente. Las gubias se afilan y se utilizan de otra manera. La pieza debe ir centrada. Ánimo a seguir practicando, todavía hay mucho por aprender 💪

Y en una sierra de mesa NUNCA se debe hacer el corte de la madera sin algún tipo de soporte (valla o gauge)

try getting a carbide tipped tool - really helps with learning the basics, and almost eliminates sharpening time

Yo centraría primero mejor la pieza. Después afilaría las gubias y por último utilizaría las adecuadas

Seen a few videos using this lathe now. In all of them it seems to stop quite frequently if it hits a hard piece of wood.
Would you say it’s a good machine? Also what wood were you using for these bowls?

We would say for a price of 133 € its a good machine for us as beginners, the motor its not strong at all situations so pressure control is a big thing but maybe also an beginners learning of course. We had also no problems with overheating, so some people told us... maybe in summer at 30 degrees xD ... this bowls are made in spurce, birch and one in oak wood.. this was difficult its very thing beginners like, we'll do in the near future some with resign and wood. You'll see this in this channel soon. :) so thank you very much
