This was such a good interview. Then at the end it became completely unprofessional and unnecessary to state that "if he can stay out of trouble, he should win a lot of awards". He has EARNED the awards based on sales, streaming and show sellouts. Give this man some respect! I've FALLEN FOR WALLEN from the go. I'm a fan for life. Give him respect, he deserves nothing less.

I had a hard time listening to it too. He has worked very hard to overcome hateful attitudes, yet look what has happened! Multi million dollar sales, selling out shows in the biggest arenas-so much so he was advised to extend his concerts into 2 nights or more. Talk about successful! More than Garth Brooks. He even called Morgan! Now I hear other national shows on tv are saying his name with a friendly attitude-such as Fox News recently. Joey was one of the news people who loves his writing!,Authentic! Like The Voice Blake Shelton who said Morgan is hot right now-you may want to sing some of his! Morgan was a contestant there years ago! I could go on and on! I’m just saying he has definitely made it. ❤

And he has made a non profit focusing on young kids and baseball and even music for their age. He also buys turkeys and toys at the holidays for the people who cannot afford those things. I love him. ❤
Morgan turned me into a country music fan. He’s so articulate and humble. What a fine young man. Really looking forward to him coming to Toronto in September. ❤️🎼🙌
Morgan is a very special person. Not only do his songs touch people in such a deep, personal way, but they're sooo damn good! His song writing skills are something else. What I really love about him is how real and relatable he is. His music has been such a gift to a lot of us. Thank you, Morgan!! I wish you and your family nothing but love and happiness. You should be extremely proud of yourself!! My favorite songs on the album are I Deserve a Drink, Sunrise, Ain't That Some, Whiskey into Water, Last Drive Down Main, Thinkin Bout Me, Last Night, Thought You Should Know and One Thing At A Time. The whole album is amazing, though!! I love every song!

Like others have said, the album is so good, it’s hard to pick a favorite song. Morgan is just so raw and so real. He draws you in. He is incredible….I’ve said it many times, he is a once in a lifetime.

this man has gotten me into country. only so few are transcendent enough to bring fans outside of the genre into it! man’s pen is unlike anything i’ve ever heard before.

I’m a 62 year old singer songwriter with 39 years of sobriety so I definitely have a connection with Morgan’s music. What a fantastic talent he truly is!!
My favorite song on the album is definitely “ Devil Don’t Know” but there are so many 2nd’s!! Great job Morgan !! Just remember your drinking career can be defined as, “like riding an elevator”, you start at the top and ride it down!
But just know that you can get off on any floor you choose, and you definitely don’t have to go to the bottom!! Great work and God Bless!!

My mom passed away last year while i was working on the road and Thought you should know helped me greave without having to come up with my own words❤️
Whiskey glasses helped me similarly when my sister passed

I love everything about this talented, sweet spirited guy… and how he stays true to himself, his family, friends, and his roots. The more I see and listen to him, the more amazing he is.
I have always had a passion for music, and I've always wanted to be a country singer. But I have the worlds worst voice. I still try to make that dream come true tho. Morgan is my role model! I listen to him every day, I'm a HUGE fan and always will be. God bless Morgan wallen.

I feel this album in my soul… some songs I drink and cry to and others I drink and dance to and that’s what I love about it! I’m not even much of a country music fan and I can’t remember the last concert I’ve been to, but I got 8th row at Ohio Stadium this August and I can’t even decide who to bring with me, because it’s literally going to be THAT special! I love this man and his music!!!
Eric Church was the first country singer that I fell "in love" with. Not really "in love", but in love with his music. He just really spoke to my soul. Pretty amazing. He's a great entertainer. Morgan speaks to my soul A LOT as well. So down to earth. They're both my favorites. Along with Miranda Lambert and Lainey Wilson. I don't even normally like female singers but those two are amazing! Those 4 are a powerhouse right now.
There are so many great song on this album it's hard to choose a favorite..."Thought You Should Know" of course brought tears to my eyes cos it's him remembering that his momma is at home thinking of him and how she would appreciate a call once in awhile to let her know how your doing...but honestly so many other wonderful songs on the album...We Love You Morgan!!!❤❤❤
Tennessee Fan & 98 Braves are the clear standouts but just brilliant album overall. A man on top of his game right now

This interview is fantastic! These personal moments truly make fans love Morgan even more. It's like we get to know him on a personal level and we just love him so much. I had the privilege of taking my adult grandson to one of Morgan's concerts last March. It is true that his fans range from toddlers to the elderly. He means a lot to a lot of people! Two of my favorite songs are Tennessee Numbers and Last Night.

My great neice turned 6 years old in August and and Dad took her to Rodgers Arkansas to see Morgan Wallen 🔥🤠🎶 I knew Sand in my boots and whiskey glasses but didn't really pay attention to the artist.🙄 I really like his music but now I'm a 60 years old fan Blake Shelton is 1 and Morgan Wallen is 1 I Love them both. I agree with some of the fans here in the comments, the last bit of the video what that interviewer has said is completely unnecessary....Morgan is a great musician and country music artist, his personal life is also evolving as an artist and dad. We learn and we might fall and then get back up and heal, just like his songs. Always inspiring and touch our heart, that's the spirit of country music!

I LOVE Thought you Should Know for his Mom!! What a beautiful tribute from a son and what a heartwarming feeling for a mom to have her famous son dedicate a song to her. Before I heard of Morgan Wallen, Eric Church was my favorite country artist. So I was pleasantly surprised to hear Morgan say that Eric was his favorite artist also and influenced him. Now that I’ve listened to Morgan I have fallen in love with his music as well, so now I have two favorites ❤

I just saw Morgan in concert in Columbus, OH. I wasn’t a country music fan but liked Morgan’s music that I was hearing on the radio in my husbands truck so I wanted to go to the concert. He turned me into a country fan. Morgan, Bailey Zimmerman & Hardy converted me to country music! Lol! Love this interview.

GREAT interview!!!! Morgan brought me back to Country music at a time when country music, seem to be lackluster for me!!!.. His voice and music is phenomenal.....listening to this interview, only confirms the talent he truly has! on the day his album dropped our school had a basketball tournament about 4 hours out so me and my bud listened to the whole album together. Memory ill hold on forever lol.
I like how he pointed out his different stylistic ways of making songs. You can hear the "rap" influences in some of his songs and I personally think its all great. The old school folks say it's not country. Maybe its not? Maybe hes rewriting the book.

Great kid. I really enjoy his music and have since the FGL song Up Down. As long as he stays true to himself he will be just fine. The interview ended on a sour note and that is what Morgan will have to hear unfortunately forever. If I was Morgan this dude wouldn't get a second interview.
