Glad you liked it! Thank you!
Many thanks
cool
Glad it helped!
hello thank you for the video but when i execut the code he don't work and i see this message : xec /Users/rym/Library/Arduino15/packages/arduino/tools/avr-gcc/4.8.1-arduino2/bin/avr-g++: bad CPU type in executable .
Can you please help me .
This could be caused by many reasons:
It could be outdated Arduino software, permission issues, software compatibility with macOS version. Also it could be 64-bit vs 32-bit Incompatibility. Recent versions of macOS no longer support 32-bit applications. If the AVR GCC compiler you are using is a 32-bit version, it won't run on a newer macOS which only supports 64-bit applications.
Try updating the Arduino software and make sure it's installed in the right directory, you can follow the instructions in the Arduino website: docs.arduino.cc/software/ide-v1/tutorials/macOS
hey i got an OV 2640 camera. I got the wires connected correctly into the Arduino, but i dont know how to run it and stuff. Please help me. I also don't know where to find codes and learn arduino codes and stuff. Also could you please make a video on how to like learn this Arduino code please. You are the best!!! Thank you so much. Love your vids!!🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
Thanks, that's a lot of interesting videos to add to the queue of future tutorials!
Good luck in your Arduino journey. Meanwhile, I would recommend to take a look at the Arduino home page, it's full of resources and tutorials: www.arduino.cc/education/resources-for-beginner-coders
Sir, My Mac's USB modem port is not visible in my select board. I am struggling with this issue. Could you please help me out? It would be a good help by you .
It could be cause by many causes, but I would recommend to first make sure that the board is working. Try a different cable, many times they are defective, that happened to me. Also the board might be defective, even if you can see some activity in it, or measure voltage, it still can be defective, I had an issue like that. If you have access to a Windows PC try there and check that the board is working.
If you are sure the board is working, then make sure you have the latest version of the Arduino IDE, and make sure you are not running macOS Sonoma, it's the latest release and I'm not sure yet if there are no issues with it. Hope that helps
Incase if i transmit data from an arduino or any stm mcu. Will i be able to access my mac usb port and read that data? Example if you run pyserial we have the import option of import serial in VS code that runs on windows. Does it work with mac M series?
as far as I know, you can transmit data from an Arduino or an STM microcontroller to a Mac, including those with M-series chips, and read that data via the USB port using a serial communication library like PySerial. The process on macOS is very similar to that on Windows or Linux
Can you put a video on your chanel how can save AFMotor in arduino ied
Thanks, added to the list of videos, I'm planning to make videos about using motors
Hello. This video looks like what I need and I have followed alls the steps but I keep getting this error in the lower right that looks like it is a bad CPU. it has a whole lot of directory stuff also. I do get the uno with the 101 on the menu. It is a new MB air M2. I actually bought the new computer to burn bootloaders and code when I write it. I did a bunch of stuff with Arduino 12 years ago and seem to have forgotten most of it. I have 2 AVR programmers that I can't get to connect either. If you have any clue as to how I am lost I would appreciate anything. I will not give up this quest. I may go nuts trying but I won't give up.
I'm not sure but the "bad CPU" message seems to be related with the M processor. Try deleting your Arduino IDE and make sure you install the Apple Silicon version. I don't have a silicon mac, so I can't tell, but usually a "bad CPU" message could be related to that
i got xcrun installation pop up after opening arduino ide. should i install it or not?
It might be that you don't have the Command Line Tools for Xcode. Usually the command to install them is xcode-select --install
No matter what I do, I just get "error compiling code". I can't even upload the blink example.
It could be caused by several reasons. Assuming you are trying to compile the blink example, make sure that the code is original, because if you change it and save it, then it won't load back the original template. Also check the connections and assume that the board might be faulty. It happened to me that some boards were faulty, so if you have another one around try on it. Take a look at this troubleshooting guide from the Arduino website: www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting
Danke bitte mach weiter
Danke schön!
n this was nice, I don't feel so screwed
Thank you! Hope you managed to get it working
Well I knew it wasn't that easy. My light was blinking off the bat. Then I had to download something. I don't have any confidence this will work. Tech shit is so not fun
I feel you 100%
Buddy is it M1 MacBook
It's an Intel model. I think it should work on an M1 anyway, I never heard of people with an M1 having any particular issues, better check though
