I work at bdubs and yeah they definitely short changed you on your bird dawgs. The Honey BBQ ones are so jam packed with stuff that the tender is practically above the bun lol. The name is certainly ridiculous, during the presentation when management was showing these off, definitely had some fun making jokes about the name. That location sounds horrible.

I've watched a couple videos over the years, but in my younger days I didn't see the appeal of this channel. As I've aged though, I've come to truly appreciate your style of delivery, dry humor, and direct nature. I watched a newer video of yours, as I've done on several occasions, and this time I just.. understood. It finally hit me that I've grown to truly like your videos and personality. I'm in the UK, and we get nothing, even McD and BK, don't have the same 'releases'. Wendy's are supposed to be coming back to the UK, so yeah, I feel a bit lame saying this, but can't lie I am pretty excited to get a Wendy's by where we stay.
I work at Buffalo Wild Wings and I would like to say the location you go to needs to step it up. I saw your chicken sandwich video and it was definitely not how we normally make our chicken sandwiches. Maybe it was busy when you went and since making tenders and breasts is pretty inconvenient to us in the kitchen it ended up rushed, but I don’t know how it ended up looking that bad.
I can’t say much about the bird dawgs since I’ve only tried a bite of the honey bbq one, which I found quite good. My coworkers told me the loaded one isn’t very good and I don’t know about the Wild one. So in short I do recommend the Honey bbq bird dawg.

Please stop going to that particular location, at least until they get their act together. That's what, twice in a row now, that I've seen them short-changing you with incomplete food products. The fact that management is willing to let that slide is disgusting. That's not service, that's a blatant disservice and lack of respect for a paying customer. Whoever assembled that sandwich is probably the same person who assembled your previous chicken sandwich (just a lonesome chicken patty in a bun), and either needs to be re-trained, put on probation, or get let go of.
These are the exact same issues I have with my local BWW here in the Midwest. They have been going downhill for a while now sadly. Used to be great.
You pay someone $10/hr to prepare food for as little cost as possible, this is what you get.

The potatoes would have helped mellow the salt and the rest of the stronger flavors. They probably made it the way you had it at first, then added potatoes after tasting what you did.

Even though he prepared me for the reaction I would have to the bird dawg, despite emerging from the balloons and announcing it to me, I was not ready to handle its glory.

I like how he keeps it intentionally impossible to tell whether he doesn't know how to spell the name, keeping you on the edge of your seat for the reveal of whether he is an alien. And then hits you right in the face by saying it correctly and making you feel silly for ever doubting him.

Never ate there, walked in once and walkout out just as fast once I saw the menu. The BWW in my city has been open for 7+ years now and I never see anyone there save for on rare occasions yet they remain open regardless somehow. I mean, the freaking Subway next door to it gets about triple the business from what I've seen, and both are across the street from my job.
I remember it being busy for about 3 months when it first opened though.
My husband is sleeping next to me while I watch this and I'm laughing so hard every time he says Dawg that I know he'll wake up any minute. I can't help it.
Imo 5 bucks for a tender, a bun, and some bbq sauce is kinda.. sad? Maybe if there was actually fries in it or something, but for the buffalo one, its litterly just a tender, a bun, and some 'slaw' looking at the 'slaw' in this one, if it's anything like that, you are actually getting just a tender and a bun... disappointing

Our experiences over at B dubs Have been really bad of late. I am not surprised they forgot the ranch in the fries. The chicken was too crispy, you couldn't even chew it, And they didn't even sauce the wings properly. B dubs overall is a horrible restaurant to go to in my opinion because they never do it right.
I used to go to BWW years ago when their wings were reasonably priced and they had the jalapeño poppers with the bacon in them. Then they got rid of the poppers and their wing prices began to skyrocket and I decided it just wasn't worth it anymore.
a lot of these chains have done the typical corporate thing and cut costs by trimming out everything that may have made them remotely interesting in the first place while raising prices and lowering quality of customer service. avoid them. any dive bar or mom 'n pop shop will almost certainly give you a better experience.
They've been trash where I live for like the past decade. Shame, really.
I stopped eating there when they forgot my whole order. I ordered delivery for like 4 people, and the only things they forgot were mine. It was quite tragic.

Buffalo Wild Wings near me has the same problem. Order accuracy is always kind of an afterthought. I don't know why, but I've never had an order from them be accurate. Half the time the sauces are missing, and that's kind of a crucial thing for wings.

As a Buffalo Wild Wings employee, I thoroughly enjoyed this video.
He's like a movie character. Like a very polite and friendly neighbourhood mafia prince, who uses criticism instead of violence and brutality. His mafia business is to ruin restaurants and chains that disappoint him more than once (he always gives second chances).
BWW is the one chain we frequently went to but it seems it's just not my location that has been going downhill. The main issue appears to be sheer laziness. I suspect they are not cooking wings to order because they are not being served as hot and fresh these days. Dry rubs are not being tossed on the wings so you get an uneven (only on one side) and often anemic coating. During one of my most recent visits I had to ask for extra dry rub, which is almost routine now. Twenty minutes later it arrives, marked correctly but contained the wrong rub. A time before that we were served a whole order of mozzarella sticks that were nearly totally void of cheese inside. These are just a couple recent examples. It's become expected that our order will be "off" or wrong in some way. Doesn't seem to matter if they are busy or slow. I even wrote them a few months ago about some of these issues but it has made no difference.

Yeah I stopped doing BWW a few years ago roughly, because all of a sudden every order predictably needed sauce on the side to add expected flavor, spice, moisture. They might’ve oversauced before but it seems they overcompensated.
The smell of the deep fat fryer when I walk by is enough...... Yuuuuuuck. But. I'm here for RB, not the food!

Checking Doordash, they don't have this as part of their menu, but they have a separate Bird Dawgs actually listed on Doordash as if it is a restaurant of its own and it is out of Buffalo Wild Wings location.

I am glad you don't have Jack in the Box in your area. I believe they are trying to go out of business. My last visit I got a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and the tiny patty was burnt to a crisp. My cat did not even want more than a taste. He used to love cheeseburgers.
Bdub is never that great, but the experience eating in the shop is good if you like TV sports. I was surpised they don't serve bread. Yet they have sandwiches now.
Wow, the Jack in the Boxes in my area have always been pretty good The only place around with an under $3 large burger/ Jumbo Jack...and when you do the receipt survey the Jumbo Jack is BOGO free( 2 for under $3)... I'm in San Jose, so some of these locations have been around over 40 years

Clearly, the management of BWW does NOT pay attention to reviews of their establishments on social media.
A few have done so, and given him compensation in free food and merchandise.

I left Buffalo Wild Wings before I got the chance to make these dumbass bird dawgs. I couldn’t take it there the manager would scream his head off to the cooks for a ticket that just got rung in.
99% of my times at Buffalo Wild Wings have been great. I guess its just the location you went to.
