Sadly this is yet to happen, the event themes seem to be rushed for VA compared to KF1. Bosses In KF2 never get any theme specific lines (could always at least reuse the KF1 Patriarch event themes for KF2) and many of the Zeds still have the default lines, only some ever get new lines for events. Again, at the very least re-use the lines from KF1 but even then I don't feel enough effort is being put into these events like they were in KF1.
