    Someday the new owner is going to thank you for putting the battery bank there. Not needing to go through the interior is a great touch.

      although I don't think the owner will be doing it. Moved enough of those batteries to realize it's a young mans job.

    Good to see where the engine room is in regard to the master cabin. Also good to see under bunk storage. In the saloon by the entrance door is that a wardrobe for wet clothes? Boats need an area to transfer from wet to dry. I'm new to boating but i see this one doesn't have the bulbous thing at the front of the hull to fool the displacement speed, what is the reason for this? Also is that reinforcement ice breaking or ice nudging out the way? was that an ironing board under the washer dryer? Also what kind of skivvy lol would you force to sleep next to the engine room?

    nice video. Looks seaworthy. Was concerned when I saw the depositions re the N120 Aurora. Who was that person representing Nordhaven? Glad he is not on any regular Nordhaven videos.

      I know what it is now, I saw it on another model; it's an extra bed, you can pull it out and attach it to the stainless steal attachers, you can see one of them at 4:54 between the drawers/cabinet doors, and the opposite one at 5:44 to the right below the cabinet door.

    • @jackhammer4656
      @jackhammer4656 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The vast majority of Nordhaven's are single diesel engines with a get home wing engine added for safety. These mini ships are very capable of trans Atlantic and Pacific crossings with this configuration. However, for those who prefer the additional security of 2 main diesel engines, that is also available.

    • @philandlyra3365
      @philandlyra3365 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      wph 001 this has two engines, a main and a wing engine, u may have not noticed the two props, very large at the rear, and the smaller one off to the side.

      Single engine is the root of what this vessel is. Wing engine for safety. Single main for efficiency. Run twins for a few thousand miles and you will get it. But probly not.
