Thank you for this video. Did you dip them while they were still frozen/really cold? Doing that caused mine to have cracks. I hd to wait for them to warm up before dipping. How can I dip them while still cold and avoid cracks?
Just finished dipping these little treats in chocolate. I ended up making 8 of the popsicle shape and 13 little round ones (2 “ across x 1” deep) without the stick. They are a little piece of heaven. Thanks for sharing your videos.

YOu can skip it but it's best to add more cream cheese to help make it stable. Also, whip till thick and stiff and served chilled from the refrigerator.

Yes. I don't use gelatin because most are from with pork.

No, chocolate is oil based it thins it a little but it still hardens like normal, so it makes for a nicer and easier dipping.

You can definitely use candy melts. I also often use Nestle Baking Melts. Also you can use and Chocolate you enjoy eating :-)
