She does get the best skin treatments and spa with massage. Other girls don’t look the same which suggest plastic surgery. Take a look at Nicki donatella, Kylie Kim. All had so much face surgery and look different. Jlo still looks the same.

A few women naturally have tighter n more mass of muscles in their body like jLo. This type of body dont need physical training that much and it will last till u got old.
Mine is also that kinda type, i dont do physical training a lot, just reguler cycling twice a week. Ladies who massage my body often say how tight the muscles are, rarely found in other women.
