@@GUPTA-JI_89 The gtx 1650 alone is good but the vram is not enough for the game. Im facing the exact same issue on a rtx 3050 4gb laptop gpu and an i5 12450h which is slightly faster than the 5600h based on internet benchmarks. Stutters are also common for many users and i havent found any solution on that although i havent tried lossless scaling yet. Make sure your vram is set correctly btw cause many manufacturers actually set lower values for some reason. That being said im getting about 100 fps in the game with stuttering in random places ESPECIALLY when im close to enemies.
