Hi Tingman , I just learned to solve square-1 today, Coincidentally from your video. Thanks for giving such a good tutorial.Really looking forward to watching this video.👍👍

I was facepalming through the whole parity alg... CubeMaster has an intuitive parity alrg that is just reversing from cubeshape, doing one turn, and resolving cubeshape!
Hi, Tingman Can you do an experiment as follows? Scramble a 2x2x2 cube using 3x3x3 scrambles, do 10 solves, try to solve them in as few moves as possible, let us know if any of those scrambles takes less than 4 moves to solve. I want to know what would happen if a 2x2x2 is scrambled using 3x3x3 scrambles, like would any of the solution take less than 4 moves to solve? but I don't have a 2x2x2 cube, so I can't do this myself. If you don't want to post a video on this, you might want to do this experiment anyway (post some montage if you want to) let us know the result.
A 2x2 is just a 3x3 without edges. Assuming a 3x3 scramble gives you a random legal permutation of corners (which is true), then applying the same scramble to a 2x2 will give a completely random 2x2 scramble. So all 2x2 states should be equally likely (like a normal scramble) and 4-turn solutions will have their usual likelihood. You can test this with a 3x3 by ignoring the edges and centers
So thinking about the Square 1 and square 2 (and I looked up and there is a "square 3" although it's less standardized). But they all play with the top and bottom layer slicing but leave the middle layer alone. Why not cut each of the middle layer blocks in 2 with a square 1 top and bottom? I would think that would make things interesting.

For someone who made a tutorial for square 1 for themself, this is amazingly hard
Hope you manage to solve it, unlike the Rubik's magic
lol
Lol
¡Saludos desde Cubastic ESP! Good job
Thank you! You should try this puzzle, it's crazy!
Goodluck man
"This is gonna be super easy" lol
The puzzle looks confusing but fun - especially if you get much-loved parity ;)
Hi Tingman , I just learned to solve square-1 today,
Coincidentally from your video. Thanks for giving such a good tutorial.Really looking forward to watching this video.👍👍
Im watching this as im getting the square 2, thanks for making the other tutorial i can solve the sqaure one in around 2-3 minutes
You got this Ming! Keep up the great work and learning new puzzles
He is indeed very bright
You are actually clever
Goodjob Tingman! Try and solve the square-3 next!
i was curious so i looked it up, it looks absolutely ridiculous to solve
@@jakkingdan22 True lol
Parity came in clutch
square-3 - the middle layer has four pieces instead of 2

Ting man: litteraly does it
Also ting man: I am NOT gonna remember this
When will the video come out for Adelaide summer 2022? Also tingman do u remember me?
PLEASE MAKE TUTORIAL FOR MASTERMORPHIX
tbh it feels I watched too much of Tingman's parity till the extend I remembered it.
2:11 that's actually wrong lol.
Tingman!!!
Goodluck👍🏻👍🏻
You got this tingman don’t give up
Can't wait to see this video 😀
Yay there it is 🤣
this needs to be a wca event
Haha this seems like a trend now, I might have to give this a try haha
Now solve the square-3 lol 😂
You are an awesome cuber and you teach in the most informative and fun way. You have helped me so much in my cubing evolution
one of my most fav vids!!! Love your stuff!
This guys has just created a new square 2 method called reduction where you reduct it to squeare 1 just like big cubes (claps)
Hey I am the brother of cubehead.I heard a lot from of things about you from my brother (cubehead).
This video was great to watch
In a few days, Olor is gonna post a vid being like: ‘What took my dad so long how to solve a square-2?’

Nicely done! Parity really slowed you down there, I bet my way of doing parity would it have made it a bit easier.
Yeah 100%. This puzzle was difficult too turn and popped relatively easily, so I couldn't rely on muscle memory for the algorithms :(

Did you do the timer for time management? “I’m only going to spend 20 minutes filming this video.” Wish I could film mine that fast…
Yeah combination of time management and also it’s fun having a challenging goal!

make a video about 4x4 solving method step by step

This time when he needed to swap 2 half-corner pieces he could technically do the opposite parity alg, right?
