    Thank you, always learning. My meditators teachers years ago suggest me when I asked them about yoga that for me was an spontaneous act, they told me " first meditate and after yoga". So I learn to offer the MOMENT ( my true emotions to the world, although they might be sadness, chaos, joy, etc). After so many years I feel I am interconected. Things are Flowing, such a hard work and such a responsability to give genuine things about my humanity always in co struction. Thanks both ( just today it was really moving, so much to be grateful. I do it no more than 2 or 3 times a month becuase its a matter of respect for me and my body. Love❤❤
