Yes! Omg I don't understand why, they drop only one per hillichulr or sometimes not even that. Other enemies drop multiple drops 😭

I dont know what you need a pyro character for dragonspine for. I dont think pyro slows down sheer cold or is needed for any heat inducing mechanisms in dragonspine
There is sheer cold right, and there is un-lit fire places. If u use pyro on those un-lit fire places, they light up and get rid of the sheer cold if u are near it
