The mod can be downloaded on curseforge, and it's called Fisk's Superheroes. For free multiplayer servers, I would recommend just using Aternos.

Un-limit your FPS, You’re gonna love it

If you have heat issues, it can be better to limit fps to keep your system cooler. I do have a better computer now so it doesn't really matter.
