I'm so sorry guys I said that my 3rd MV for this couple was the last ...but here I am again with another one... I just can't resist vidding them again because of this song ... It perfectly suit them ... I was waiting for the finale before finishing this MV but I realize that I don't want to see Wook die... so yeah I've tried to finish it now...
Nothing can change me from shipping them...even the bad Wook... a lot of people thinks WookSoo shippers are dumb to still ship them despite of what happens...ya know what guys... let me tell you this I love Damon Salvatore from TVD series and he's the worst of all the worst...and if you compare how bad Wook is to Damon ...he's never an inch to his level... what I'm trying to say is I love Damon for being a monster and all('sorry for the word but that's what they call him) so I love the good and bad Wook too... I stand by my ship...I'll forever ship them...they will forever remain in my heart...

I usually never like the second male leads in dramas, but this drama freaking got me. I loved their relationship more than I will ever love Wang So and Hae Soo together. What makes it worse is that Hae Soo just never understood why Wang Wook acted the way he did. The preview for the next episode makes me curious as to what the end of the show will bring. But I will always miss this couple whenever I go back to rewatch the drama.

Yeah ikr..i also wish that hae soo will understand wook and give him another second changes to rechanges anything..but in the end they were not and that hurt me so much ..i also miss their smiles and funny moment when they were together...i feel like hae soo doesnt feel happy at all with So maybe she just feel pity or sad something like that
Wook was the most tragic character in this whole drama. He wanted very simple things from life, to be with the woman he loved & to protect his family. & it was only for those 2 reasons he developed a hunger for power & thus the throne. But at the end he gets nothing! Hae Soo never got to know why he couldn't be with her when she needed him, she just saw it as betrayal & moved on to Wang So. His family threw him away to save their own butts even after knowing whatever he did, did for them only. My heart still cries for him whenever I watch any video on him or WookxSoo. Even though Soo moved on to So, Wook was still holding on to her. Deep down he still loved her. After Soo died, he died shortly after & that's why the ending, even though was heart wrenching, was satisfactory to me. They couldn't be together in this life, but at least they had a chance to reunite in the afterlife where as Wang So had to live a lonely life alone.
I really felt bad for him too. He was doing stuff to get the throne to protect them all. He was trying to protect his family an that meant he'd have to sacrifice someplace. I don't blame Hae so for moving on. at the same time, it's just so tragic. if he had just saved her, he would have been able to love her. She depended on him and he picked (rightfully) his family. Her family offered her to the king (the father) and I was like- NO! That was a bad circumstance, but she had to deal with the fallout and pain of being left out. She was never anyone's family in the series. She knew she'd always be cast aside. So stepped up for a bit until he became king, and it was the same thing all over again. I think Wook understood her best and was most like her, and So she saw as a person who for a time-stood by her side and helped her before he became king. That ending when he died...I cried. There really was a ship for each type of relationship in this drama
i cried so much at episode 19, especially in wook's scenes. if he had not done those decisions, they would've ended up together. it was the first time since, like, episode 10 when wook smiled genuinely in ep 19. their goodbye was very heart wrenching. this drama has left me a deep scar. i need haneul's new projects asap 😭😭😭
Omg!!! Yes!!! He smiled and it brought back all the memories of the Wook from the beginning and he said her name "Soo - ah"....I miss it so much....
I don't know why but no matter how bad he is, I do still feel pity for him... He just want to have a happy life with the one that he love but yet he has a duty and a heavy burden on his shoulder :(
Beautiful video. I also loved Wook and Hae Soo and shipped them. It was a great pleasure for me to see them together. I have been watching Korean drama for 10 years, but only a few couples made a great impression on me. They are one of them. I didn't change my mind till the end because I liked and understood Wook. He wasn't bad a bad person, Wang So was worse. The problem is that Hae Soo didn't understand Wook. I felt so sad for him. He lost everything but he has never stopped loving her. I miss them.
I cant agree with that. It was through pain that she and So fell in love as opposed to the draw and attraction with Wook. Although attraction and draw is more definitely more romantic, i believe that the bonds of pain are tighter and harder to escape.
Wang wook's character has put a great impression. The change he had grown through was an remarkable one. His love for hae soo can be felt at every step.
His love for her made him evil. Talk about sacrifices. T_T

They could have had something special. This whole drama is about circumstance and fate and how powerless people can be in the face of those things. The power of our choices can shape our futures so much too. Though I adore wang So and always preferred him I can still see how lovely Wook and Hae Soo were. Ahhhhh! My feels are strong with this series and this beautiful tribute video!

Agh! This is so gorgeous and painful and perfect all at the same time and it's killing me! I cannot bring myself to watch farther than episode 17 because I know things can only end badly for my favourite OTP. These two have had such wonderful moments together and suited each other so well. I wish that all the bad things that have happened wouldn't have pulled them apart. I will always tear up to hear Wook's reason for his change, "I tried to protect my family and my heart, so why am I still lonely?" Poor bbys :'( You chose the perfect song, coloring, clips, effects, gosh, EVERYTHING about this is a masterpiece

It all comes back to Hae Soo. The only thing she shouldn't have done was doubting So, making Wook so suspicious of him. He wanted to protect her and his family against the possible evil, and ended up losing everything: his family turned their backs; he lost his lover; and his freedom.
The worse? Soo never understood Wook's actions. Yeon Hwa had to say to her what was her fault, and still, she didn't got It. I don't hate her, but I blame her. In the end, they tried to push Lady Hae in his mind, to pass the impression that he never really loved Soo. Arghhh

For me in my own understanding hae soo comes in the future..in the history that she studied in her school wang so will kill all his brothers if she didn't change the heart of the 4th prince because a lot of killings will happen!And also she end up loving that person...She loves wook first but the two of them have a goal that they are not suited with each other!the story is I think fair for the haesoo and wook shipper and also to the wang so and hae soo shipper because hae soo end up with prince jung
I guess she somehow understood him (but the part wherein Wook asked if the King was ill or smth, there the hope of Haesoo for Wook just disappears) but I can't blame Wook either that he put a big wall against Wang So. Hae Soo strongly warned him to be careful around his own brother Wang So. Wook just became more protective of his love because of what she told him. I want to blame someone in here (drama) but I can't do it b/c every character has their strong reasons for making the things they've done. I just can't still get over the HaeWook ship. I love them way more than SoSoo couple but the drama has decided and that Hae Soo learned to open up her heart again after Wook (to Wang So) but because of that big wall of throne everyone had to leave their loved-ones. Even Jung, he actually learned to really like Hae Soo but he knows well that she doesn't love him at all. It's sad for everybody. For all the Princes.

Yes I agree with you 1000%. I also ship Stelena and both their relationship is so similar. They both chose the abusive, aggressive and jealous guy. So sad. These girls don't know a good man when they see one. Forever shipping these couples.
yessss yes yes! From what I observed from both couples that the girl never fell out of love- circumstances got in the way and lots of misunderstandings. Hae Soo and Wook can easily fall back in love, but she is occupied by the other man. (Same for what happened to Stelena) She had Wang So all to her self and she voluntarily left- she doesn't even love him (Wang So) as a person. Her life in Goryeo would have had a better ending if she was with Wook till the end.
Wook abandoned her. That isn't circumstance. He made a clear choice, which is very understandable, but she relied on him. She even said she cannot be with him after all that. Hae Soo knew where she stood at that moment with him. Their main issues are that they thought the throne would get them the power to protect her never realizing it was a lonely place. If any of the brothers realized that ahead of time they may not have done it. I was also disappointed that So went with that queen. That's how men were back then which stinks for the story. On the other end, he had asked her to marry him-or knew he wanted to- and declined him. I get it was the time, but they all wanted power. So was no different in that measure, but at least he gave her her status back. It went downhill from there. I believe Moo would have given her status back also if she wanted it, but Hae soo wanted to be free. Isn't he the one who gave So's younger brother the marriage offer?

I think it's ridicouls to only like "good characters". on top of that, there is a difference between liking someone and making up excuses for them. Fro me, I liked Wook and I liked him with Hae Soo. But he treated her poorly so I stopped shipping them. I still like him as a character because he was in difficult situation and he did the best he could. I don't approve of his choices yet he was a very well written character. He wasn't all evil or all good. I really love the writing of this kdrama, so many well written characters! Anyway I loved your video! Hae Soo and Wook...They were great until the end. Tragic but great.

wook embraced the bad side because of circumstances. in real life, there are indeed people who have gone bad because of circumstances. Love could have swayed them to a different direction and perhaps live happily as well. >feeling sorry for Wook

It's crazy, the more I see the show the more I ship them, and honestly I don't think Soo ever loved So the way she once loved Wook. It's just not the same enchantment, in my opinion. And all the distrust issues between SoSoo are a proof of that. I even ship Soo with Jung much more than with So. Oh well, I'm just hoping to see another video from you now that the show is ended.

Just watched the entire series and till the end couldnt bring myself to like Wang Soo-Hye Soo cause Wang Wook-Hye soo stole my heart withinn 3 episodes!Will not try to justify Wook's character cause he made poor choices and ended up paying for his cowardness at times but still the wang wook-hye soo love story was way more through and beautifully developed compared to the leads.Also the fact that Kang Haneul is so goodlooking did not help either,lol

The thing is hae soo actually end with wook but they were not. Just think about it logically think when So always say he would kill hae soo and he was So was the one who almost kill hae soo but wook protect she so think about it if hae soo died that time will So end up with hae soo the answer is NO..
And then when hae soo said wook doesnt tell him the truth why he want to be king while So tell him that upsolutely unfair 😤i remember when wook tell hae soo that he want to be king is because he want to protect him and let him go out from the castle but hae soo maybe doesnt want it and then end up together with So ..hae soo breakup with wook and wook being lonely after they been couple and almost get married in 13 episod they been together ..its very very unfair for me see in the So the one who married yeon hwa at all and hae soo was the one who being hurt by it but hae soo still love him although So already doing so much mistakes while wook only wanted to be king and hae soo break up woth him..I think hae soo love wook much than So maybe she just feel pity for So but with wook i think hae soo much feel comfortable ..
