I must say as a person who lived on the island of Bermuda for the majority of my life, the Bermuda triangle is not something that is generally feared, or feared at all by Bermudians. It is kind of a laughable myth and is pretty irrelevant to anybody living there. It's just sort of funny whenever Bermuda comes up in conversation the first thing that comes to anybody's mind is the Bermuda Triangle. "Have you been in the Bermuda Triangle?", "Did you die?", "Was it scary". It's pretty funny and inoffensive so you shouldn't refrain from asking about it. Yeah, perhaps there are things that cannot be explained by logic no matter how great our technology is. And wether we've really expirienced this or not, we cannot prove their lack of existance and finally if they did indeed happen to us, it's only just rare enough to make us believe there's a boring or slightly intresting scientific explanation.

Hey Mike. Big Fan! Can you make a video on CLONES & CLONING. It's applications in the world from household to international politics. It's ethical constraints. A giant comprehensive view on the topic.
The Bermuda Triangle is by and large a safe place to travel and tens of thousands of people traverse it everyday, but nonetheless there has been some really weird stuff going on, its just that its far more rare than people realize. These weird events and disappearances have been accurately recorded, so the real question is not that weird things happen sometimes in the Bermuda Triangle but rather why do they happen. We humans love mysteries, especially unsolvable ones! At the heart of human beings is the unsolvable mystery of being and I feel that these mysteries stir some inner need, some inner curiosity about ourselves and the world around us and that's why we become so fascinated by them.
I _really_ hope this ends with you pointing out that there is no mystery and that the number of disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle region is statistically appropriate for how many busy shipping lanes pass through it? And I'm super worried that you won't! *EDIT:* I''m ashamed of myself for ever having doubted you, you've never let me down and I should have known better than to think you would this time :)
@@MiggsMultiple Yes. That's exactly right. If a thousand planes fly over an area in the ocean and two are lost each year, that doesn't make the news. But if _ten_ thousand planes fly over a different area, and _twenty_ planes are lost each year, you have the Bermuda Triangle. Do you see how that doesn't make any sense? And before you ask: Yes, this is backed up by over a century of statistical data --- no more planes vanish over the Bermuda Triangle than anywhere else in the world, _once you account for how busy that area of ocean is._ So yes, losing more planes in one area is caused, directly and solely, by an increase in shipping lanes.
I've always loved your content and have been watching much of your content for a few years now. I know you usually have music in the back, along with your dialogue and I think that was one of the few things that really got me hooked on your content, because it was a lot of Lo-Fi stuff, which I enjoy (also being a musician myself, it adds to the attractive aesthetic). However, I found that this time around this "Stranger Things" back-track was kinda distracting, at some point a little overbearing, as if it were competing with your voice. If you were going for that (for whatever reason), I guess, you have your reasons, but I feel like the backing track should just be that, not a theme song, of sorts, if you get my meaning. I truly hope that this comment is not going to offend anyone, I am merely saying this because I felt that it was a constructive point to make. I am a very big fan of yours and I have and always wish the best for you mate. Anyway, that was my 2 cents. Any plans on new "Shower Thoughts" video, those usually made me laugh and think real hard at times 😂. Anyways, have a good one and stay safe, to all.

@@ompatel6796 Thank you for saying that. I have a policy to try not say something if it comes from the basis of "hating" on content, mainly because, it's biased and usually is not helpful to the creator in question. I like to think that if you want to hate on something, just because (for example) the lighting or a picture you used, I don't like, rather just leave and let those who enjoy it, enjoy. (If that makes sense) Creators like Aperture, I believe are quite open to ideas and helpful criticism and I'll only usually say something, if I believe it will help. There was a story of a fisherman who claimed that he sailed through the Bermuda triangle and didn’t realize it until he looked at his GPS which showed that he went right through it he was on the news all he said was there was a really bad storm and his GPS went lol
The reason why the Bermuda Triangle so famous is because humans are good at marketing to other humans. It's nothing special, just publicity. I guess that's how most famous things are in the world. Take the Mona Lisa for example, although it was made by Da Vinci, it was only moderately known before it was stolen and a bunch of papers wrote about it. Now its famous.
