Hey! Siddharth, I think you can add in following way this is all my assumptions sorry for any issues.
1)First collect all the images from the website that are 8 png images using inspect then in network in img in chrome.
2)After collecting images then using elementor drag 8 images buttons and upload all the images in them.
3)In advanced of elementor in layouts Using the padding,Margins sequence all the images.
4)In advanced of elementor in motion effects give effects and you can make the way shown in website.
