My theory is that they used dna from demodogs and engendering them to be stronger, faster and deadly, thats why the demo-pit the gorgan easily beated everyone except for hopper and enzo

The mind flayer particles went into the demo creatures not the Russians. We know how hopper survived, even if you meant how he survived in season two we know that as well. The Russians were in Hawkins long enough to have transported things, it could have been through the upside down. There’s nothing wrong with Steve telling Eddie and Dustin to not be heroes, they did not cut out any scenes between that and Eddie sacrificing himself. They reacted to his death during the two day time skip. Eddie took much more of a beating than Steve did, Steve was bit twice and Eddie was bit by a lot more bats
Lucas’s acting when Max was “dead” might’ve been the best of the whole show. His screams were heartbreaking

One thing that people dont mention is how crushing it is when the 4 chimes kick in and Nancy realises that Max didn't make it, I cant imagine what that would have felt like.

I think the Hop and El reunion scene was perfect! With Hopper trying to play it casual even after his heart breaking for her every single day he was gone. She didnt immediately run and hug him because she was shocked to see him alive. Even though she "never stopped believing" i think it was still unbelievable, in a way, that he was really standing right before her eyes. And then when he asked what she thought of his hair and she said "bitchin", trying to joke but then going right back to crying, that was so realistic and true to her character
To me the only explanation why no one seemed to care about Hopper’s great comeback is that they already knew and Joyce called them from Cali. Otherwise it’s just very underwhelming and disappointing how everyone greeted him 😓

And the narrator was right about scenes that must've been deleted for time or something, but I have a feeling they're going to fill those gaps in when season 5 comes out.

A lot of shock was going on, I think with so much going on in every direction no one could fully wrap their head around some of the traumas like Eddie's death and then the major positivity of Hopper's return yet

Caleb did such an amazing job portraying such strong and heartbreaking emotions when Max died. The way he screamed “Erica help!!” with such desperation and distress was so real and made the viewer feel like they were there in that moment with them. Im so happy that we finally got to see Caleb’s full potential as there weren’t many scenes in previous seasons involving him to have such a strong emotional reaction like this episode. Absolutely amazing!

Just to be clear: Eleven doesn't have "healing powers." She simply used her telekinesis which she's had since season 1 to pump-start Max's heart. It's no different than pumping someone's chest by hand or using a defibrator. The only reason why Eleven never did it before now is because she never had to.

@@sestax I don't think they meant a literal miracle. More like the odds were against it happening. And yes, people's hearts have stopped for longer than a minute and were revived. But they suffered brain damage.

2 things:
1. I always love how badass nancy is without it seeming like overly forced girl power shit, she's just capable and it feels natural
2. Lucas dodging that bullet in the last episode was the coolest fucking thing ever, also really ironic that the guy he was fighting ended up being the one dooming everyone in the end as well seeing how he disrupted the plans and broke the cassette player
She's capable and she has weaknesses like her guilt over Barb, which Vecna targeted. Makes her badass moments that much more weighty
Like they never over forced men being powerful 🙄
1. Nancy's strength has always been her wisdom and the fact that she's a natural leader in times of crisis. She's always been Hands-On when it came to dealing with the supernatural mess that is Hawkins. And that alone makes her an amazing character.
2. You can always trust a white guy to make things exponentially worse when his bigotry and righteousness start to show 😬

Anyone who’s overly critical of Jason must be forgetting that we have a lot of information-extremely hard to believe information, as well-that he doesn’t have. He’s upset about his girl, and a friend, being killed by a person the cops admit is a suspect. The only realistic suspect, we must also understand. Add to this the backdrop of the Satanic Panic surrounding D&D, and his actions are very understandable. Who among us, in Jasons shoes, wouldn’t think that Lucas was up to no good in the Creel house, seeing him there and Max in that trance?
I think one of the smartest ways to incorporate the deleted scenes from s4 would be to include them in s5 as flashbacks to tie up some lose ends especially in the moments where they like to focus on a character and what’s going through their heads in that moment

they need to though, dustin legit dislocated his leg unless Nancy Robin and Steve helped when they came back, they should have been there for Dustin when Eddie died, I lokey felt like Steve should have been comforting Dustin at the end but he was there with Robin

The show basically started off with Will. So I'd love it if everything ended with him as well. Have him step back into the spotlight, give him bigger storylines, expand on his feelings for Mike, have a showdown with the man who's been tormenting him for years by sending creatures after him, give him some happiness and a satisfying arc conclusion. Season 5 needs to be his season.
They also need to have Will develop powers. I need to see him blow things up with his mind. It’s what he deserves.

Notice where the 4 gates met in Hawkins? At the library. Where did Vecna keep Will at in season 1 once he found him? At the library. Where did Hopper and Joyce find Will in the upside down in season 1…the library along with Barb.

I love that Dustin had the guts to tell his Mr. Munson that Eddie was gone. He could've taken the easy way out and just ignored the missing person posters. He could've let him go on not knowing what happened like Barb's parents did. But no. Mr. Munson is one of the few people in the world who loved Eddie and knew he was good. He deserved to know the truth. He may not know the whole truth but at least he can grieve.

Every single season has one character that we fall in love with that gets killed off. First Barb, then Bob, then Alexei, now Eddie.
Eleven could always move objects with her mind. The "healing" could just as easily be explained as her using her abilities like a defibrillator to jumpstart Max's stopped heart.

Nice thought, but a defribulator uses electricity to kick-start the heart again. Simply using telekinesis to make the heart move isn't enough.
So if the idea is in the right direction, there needs to be an extra level to it all. But I am not saying it is outright wrong, to be clear. There has to be additional factors to it.

that still makes no sense. They never foreshadowed or gave any hints about the fact that L could do that A, and B Max's body was basically destroyed. to me it felt like straight plot armor that protected max and it makes me so mad. I didn't want Eddie to die, same with max, but unlike max, it was never clear that Eddie was going to die until he did. We knew earlier in the season that max had a chance of dying so when she did, she should have stayed dead. That would have hit so hard Because so many people love her and it would establish conveniences. Because the group failed to kill One, it cost Eddie and Max their lives and Hawkins got destroyed but nope. I have a few other problems with this season but it's all in episode 9 so excluding the obvious plot armor that Max has this was a very good season. 10/10
The creators said to expect “Deaths”, so did Noah (Actor of Will), and we only got one real death and a half death. Technically they were a lot of deaths cause of the people in the houses when the gates combined all died but I was expecting at least 1 or 2 from each story
Yep! I was expecting at least 1 from each group. Imo Vol 2 was a letdown. Wish Max was left dead. Eddie's death was just whatever and predictable. I know this is the Duffer brothers story, but I wish they would actually kill off some OG Season 1 characters. I guess there just maybe to afraid of killing actual main characters because of the back lash from fans. Just my thoughts and opinions!

When Eleven was in Max's mind, it seems like Max was either in a coma or (by theory) already brain-dead and it also seemed like that Eleven knows that, but didn't tell her friends yet, understandbly so because it would be really hard to explain to them that just one of their best friends died or is already brain dead and no longer alive.
I'm pretty sure it said the reason Henry killed his mother is because she found out or was getting close to knowing that Henry was the one haunting the house and killing the animals.

I’m pretty sure Eleven “healed” Max by making her heart beat inside her chest. Basically being a human pacemaker by altering the electricity in her heart, which is something we know Eleven can do
We know that when vecna kills, he doesn't just kill someone, he takes everything they are. Whatever vecna took, maybe she put it back.
I'm glad people on this video aren't calling that dumb cause it mads a lot of sense to me when it happened and I thought it was actually the saddest part pf the episode because it felt a bit selfish of Eleven, but expected of Eleven. Even if Max is alive she'll still be blind and unable to live her life loke before like in Eleven's memories.
@@mouthshovel I think Max will wake up after they kill Vecna, cause he basically absorbes his victims. She died, but her body came back to life because of Eleven, so she has a chance to come back. Unlike the other victims.

I'm really rooting for Max and I hope they can bring her back and restore her vision. She's my favourite character in the series. Also sucks what happened to Eddie and his reputation. Hope the moronic city and it's media gets the story right and clears Eddie's name and that of his DND club. If anyone can do it, that's Nancy.
That's also a really good repressentation of USA back then and even now. All the bad things that happen gets blamed on "the weird kids", the "alts", the metalheads, the goths and anyone who doesn't conform to the norms of society. Simple minds(the majority) get frightened by the unfamiliar so they stick to their fixed beliefs and vilify anyone who's "different" than the norm. "I don't understand it, therefore it must be evil"
The Mind Flayer Particles went into the demodogs that were in the specimen tanks that Harper and company find at the prison before they leave. The Particles went into them, making them active once again. The Particles were destroyed by the fire, along with the demodog bodies they occupied, when Murry used the flamethrower on them. It's pointed out clearly when they went back into the prison, with the general there telling them "the shadow went into them" before dying, and Murry seeing the dem0dogs on the surveillance screens that he pointed out, "it went into THEM."
Also, Will's hair is a reflection of his trauma from Season 1. When it comes to victims of trauma, they are often "stuck" in that moment of trauma. In fact, for the 2018 Halloween film, many fans noted that Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) seemed to be rocking the same type of hair style and clothes that mimicked her outfit the night she was attacked in 1978. That's because the attack she suffered was so traumatic, she was basically "stuck" in that trauma and unable to change because of it. The same is true to Will. He's basically "stuck" in that traumatic event that happened to him in the 1983, and hasn't let go of it (which is why he still has the same hair cut). I wouldn't be surprised that he still doesn't have it in the first half of Season 5, only to eventually get it cut to something better towards the end (signifying him letting go of the trauma that he's carried for so long).
I wonder if it's also Will's trauma from his abduction which is keeping the Upside Down stuck on that day...

I want Mike to have a bigger role in Season 5 other than just being El's boyfriend. He used to actually be a leader for the first two seasons before only being the main characters love interest. Give him some screentime with Nancy, Hopper, Will, Lucas, Dustin and yes Eleven but I feel he's been pushed to the side so other characters can have the spotlight.

I think Max is stuck in the trance since vecna “died” while she had her in it, and since he’s not controlling her mind she is seeing pitch black. She snapped into real life but her mind is stuck leaving her with the trance eyes until she gets out

He FINALLY got decent things to do in season 4. In 2 and 3 they made him just a backgrounder. I liked that in 4 his actions were big and important.
These final episodes were absolutely incredible. We got the conclusion of Brennar and Eleven, Mike telling Eleven he loves her, Eddie's death, Lucas and Max's scenes, the fight between Nancy, Robin, Steve and Vecna. Eleven and Hopper's reunion was perfect. The cliffhanger was so good. Definitely hyped for Season 5. Wonder what's going to happen with Max. I hope she wakes up. I was crying when Lucas held her. The actress did a amazing job.
Tbh hopper and elevens reunion scene wasnt everything I expected it to be, it was casual and not so heartfelt when she literally thought he was dead and would never see him again
@@jasmingarcia5282 ya, it was honestly my only thing against Volume II. Like Hop literally opening the door and just having a hug really undersold it. And El should have freaked out so much more as at that point she had 0 clue he lived. 0! Still, epic season.

IMO, Max is going to be the most important character because her was essence is still within Vecna and I think season 5 will have her battle through all her memories and Vecnas memories to make up for her sadness and face her fears, and when she finally does so, she is returned to her body and the portals close because Vecna never killed her and took her essence technically. Leaving him vulnerable in the real world to be killed once and for all
I feel like the show ended perfectly. There weren’t many unanswered questions, they just left us knowing that there’s still more to come
Lucas and Max's scene made me feel more emotion than I have felt in a long long time. I shudder at the scripting and acting
Literally my biggest complaint is the time they had. It was the longest season we've had, nearly doubling the amount of previous seasons. However with all the storylines happening, it only really feels like the complete ones are the Hawkins group and Russia group. And more so on the Russia group over the Hawkins group
Edit: Also, Eddie didn't take the same damage as Steve did. It was more. Steve was being strangled by one bat, and had two eating at his stomach fat. Eddie was being strangled, pulled on all 4s, and besides the two bats eating his stomach, a third was chomping at his chest and a fourth at his neck, around where the jugular is, or at the jugular. And we know that if the jugular is cut, it's guaranteed a bleed out.
Thought I do agree. They could have handled Eddie's death better.

@@nickorize5626 Doubling as in runtime. Episode length is 9, yes. However, every episode before the finale averaged a runtime of 1 hour and 20 minutes. Each season prior was 40-50 minutes

The most emotional scene was when the jock guy was attacking Lucas and just had us frustrated that he couldn't get to max 😩
Henry hated his mother because she found out was him who was killing the animals and causing all the issues. He said this. The only reason why his father lives is because of the song. Everyone in Henry family was suppose to die.

Idk I don't think the dad was supposed to die. He was just supposed to be left insane. Henry says the plan was for Victor to be blamed for killing his wife and daughter. The music called him back, but Henry passed out. I wonder if Victor would've just stayed in perpetual torment without it, not dead but reliving that nightmare.

I view the particles as some sort of sentient and neutral life source of that dimension. Henry wasn’t fully Vecna yet when he first discovered it and I think over time while merging with the particles and him shaping it into the mind flayer to use it as his weapon, I think the particles is the reason why Henry has mutated and looks more and more like a human/demogorgon; a demohuman if you will lol.

I know it applies in real life, and I’d hope it’s shown more in shows after this, but seeing a man like Eddie’s dad cry means a lot. In todays age you see a lot of men get told to “be a man” and “suck it up” but seeing a man of his age (i thought the same thing when i saw my dad cry for the first time at the age of 16) means a lot. You know that man was holding it in as he took down the vandalized missing poster of his boy and replaced it with it a new one, and only finally broke once Dustin told him the truth. I loved that scene so much, and it hit on multiple levels.
(Also, hot take: Stranger Things and The Boys are some of the best TV on right now, and as a Star Wars fan, it’s sad to say these two blow Kenobi out of the water in almost every way.)

Not sure why it’s so hard for people to understand. El didn’t get “healing powers.” She basically just restarted Max’s heart via her psychic powers. Remember, El went into cardiac arrest SEVERAL times using NINA and was zapped back to life with defibrillators. That’s all El did to Max.
Right, If you can move a person you can move a heart 👍 El is an ancient name for god btw so was always expecting her to exhibit healing powers or make reference to christ like skills at somepoint from the moment she started being called El. The Duffer Bros clearly understand the esoteric its no accident.

It’s still cheap cuz they used her death as fourth for the gate to open up and now she’s back and unless she has some repercussions in season 5 like being blind it shows that there are no stakes in this show…they have yet to kill a main character……Brenner doesn’t count and Eddie was the most likeable this season so they kill him off but don’t have the guts to kill Steve who was getting destroyed by those things, Jonathan, or even Mike and especially Max
They do be making the disposable characters loveable on purpose so that their deaths have more impact. Personally I didn't care about Alexey as much as Eddie but they both are indeed very loveable in general. Hopper and Max are my first and second characters so i was torn to see Max go through all that, but I'm so happy for Hopper. He got back to his daughter El and is now unofficially partnered with Joyce. I cried so much at the father-daughter reunion.

“The shadow” aka Mind Flayer Particles closure:
When Joyce and Hopper return to the prison they noticed that the research area was destroyed due to the Adult Demogorgon being loose in the facility. When the soldiers engaged it in the research area, the bullets shattered the shadow box along with all the other boxes/glass containers containing the demodogs. The shadow then went into the demodogs.
When they returned, they asked a wounded Russian soldier what happened to the mist, the soldier said it went into “them.” “Them” being the demodogs, thus when they burned the demodogs alive, guess who got hurt…Vecna since they contained his mist that re-awakened those little savages. The shadow dust never went into people this time, it went into the demogorgons family. Case closed.
I got the impression that the Mind Fayer particles maybe went into the demodog bodies, bringing them back to life/the hive-mind/whatever so that when they were killed, so were the particles.

Will is such an underrated character! He’s had some pretty important parts in earlier series but i don’t think he gets the rep he should. Noah schnapp is SUCH a good actor, his performance this series, especially in volume two in my opinion outshone a lot of the cast. I feel like there’s a lot of potential not only from his character but also the actor himself. I’d love to see more from him in the future.
A lot of the acting this series really exceeded my expectations and surprised me. Lucas’ scene when he thought max died was so visceral and realistic and ofc Dustin in the Eddie scene as well as Will’s scenes I’ve mentioned. This season was PACKED with phenomenal and emotional acting.
I actually cried more for eddies death than when max “died” I also cried in the scene where everyone was kicking ass e.g. hop decapitating the demogorgon that scene was just too good

Eddie died for stupid reasons. Really? Running back to the bats to lure them away from Dustin only for Dustin to run right back to him. WHY? it’s so needless and badly written. I think both would’ve survived if he didn’t do that. At least Max didn’t endanger herself in stupidity. She had a plan it just went awry and was out of her hands. I felt bad for Eddie but the way he died took me right out of the moment.
I think Max’s mind is stuck but eleven was the miracle that restarted her heart after a minute so she’s in limbo compared to just being taken like Will. I think Max will comeback blind or Vecna will use her body as a vessel because he did say they already lost and his body disappeared.

Yeah after rewatching season 4 I found out that when Henry kills someone, they are still partially alive in his mind. What if Eleven scrys on Vecna and finds Max there instead?

El didn't heal max, she just used her powers to restart her heart which isn't that hard to do with enough squeezes.

As the backstory of vecna is being explained to nancy they said henry was in a “coma” (Like what happened) to max. It might be a foreshadowing for max to be a host if vecna or has a connection with him (Like with will and mind flayer)

I think they're holding back the Henry's mom stuff for season 5 because its connected to how Henry got his powers and that reveal is going to tell us something significant about the very nature of the UpsideDown. I don't think the fact the the penultimate season didn't answer everything is a flaw. It just sucks we're gonna have to wait two years.
Eleven doesn’t have healing powers all she did was jumpstart max’s heart, if she had healing powers then why didn’t she fix all of max’s broken bones.
I truly thought that Max was safe after escaping Vecna once, shurley she wouldn't be on the chopping block, but noooooo..... I'm pretty sure though that she can come back if Vecna is defeated, or maybe someway her subconsciousness will escape him. She out started him once befor.
As soon she volunteered to be the I knew it wouldn't end well. There was no way she was going to get away again unscathed. Unfortunately that proved it be true. I definitely don't want Max to die. I look forward to season 5 but until then I'm rewatching season 4. Peace Mama

I could see Vecna using Max's body, but Max's mind is still out there somewhere and that'll play into defeating him. Honestly, we had a season with a member of the main cast possessed. Not to mention, even once Max physically heals, she doesn't have the physical powers Vecna's other body did. So I would not quite buy her body as an effective host for a super villain.

Yeah. It's pretty apparently that Max is still essentially braindead. If there is part of her out there, it's in Vecna and killing him might allow her soul to go back into her body but even then, I think she'll end up with her body dying.

I feel like Eddie took a sufficient amount of damage. The neck bite was worst part and Steve’s was just his sides. I wish he got a better death suck as being somehow picked up by the bats and dropped when they died.

Season 4 was a masterpiece of television. It had everything. I’m mourning it still 😔 this is a great video they could have milked a lot more emotionally I would rather watch 20 episodes with more detail in the storyline than 13 crammed ones. Still an amazing show

I really like how they ended this season. It leaves you with so many questions, that they’ll hopefully explain in season 5. I feel like the duffer brothers did this because it sets a large anticipation for the next season.

Max would have had insane amounts of internal bleeding. It would have taken more than just restarting her heart to bring her back, maintaining her blood pressure with that kind of internal damage would have been next to impossible.

I want Will’s secret to be he’s a super now. I have a bad feeling the writers are doing to do Will wrong. He was the one that started it all.
I don't think he needs to get new powers, they just need to utilise the established abilities he already has. He can sense Vecna/the Mind Flayer, but they did bugger all with that ability in season 3. All they need to do to give him a bigger role is allow him to do more with that ability than touch his neck and give warnings about something that pops into clear view about 3 seconds later.
I feel like they are setting him up as a villain. What if Vecna flames his jealousy of Mike & El's relationship. I think Will dies next season probably trying go save Mike when he snaps out of it.

If he does get a villain arc (which I sincerely hope he doesn't, because Will hasn't even gotten a hero arc yet, and 5 will be the last season), it'll be through possession or other Vecna hijinks, not because he's jealous that his crush is straight. Will's way too loving of a person to turn to villainy so easily.

@@beewest5704 Agree with you there. I can see the potential for a Sam Winchester-esque situation where he willingly lets Vecna in as part of their plan, only for it to initially go horribly wrong and Vecna now has a vessel wearing the face of a main character.
There definitely is still more to come. For example, they still haven’t explained why the Upside Down Hawkins is the way it is, why Hawkins is in the upside down. It seems like there is still more about the things they set up to answer. We saw what the Upside Down looked like when Vecna first got there, but there’s still so much more to be explained that needs to.
I partly think Vecna built the UD to mirror Hawkins and/or Will does have powers (they said similar things about him and Henry too many times for it not to pay off) and when he entered the UD there was a connection and somehow the UD mirrored what made him feel safe. Him having powers can also potentially explain how he almost opened a door in season 1 and managed to survive for so long. Thinking on it, has he ever really talked about the week he spent there?

This. Remember early on in the Nina project when El had to be resuscitated? The nurses used a defibrillator to do that. My guess is El took that as inspiration, thinking that perhaps if she generated her power while cupping Max's heart with her hands. I'm not sure why so many people think El just got special healing powers.

I agree that Eddie's death was sad but think about it, Billy watched abuse and was abused since he was a little boy, he took all what his dad did to him and his mum out on everyone else, not saying that's right but usually the viscious circle. I think Billy's death was just as sad because he didn't get to live a normal life, he felt abandoned by his mother then kept getting abused by his father and then he gets possessed by the mind flayer then dies. He never gets a time where he can heal his demons or trauma which in turn could of reduced how much of a jerk he was
First off, BEST SEASON YET. THIS IS UNDOUBTEDLY ONE OF THE GREATEST SHOWS OF ALL TIME, I think with el going back and visiting her trauma she was able to do new things & not pass out after using her powers

In my opinion, the Dr Brenner death could’ve been handled way more better. When Brenner asked El to say she understood, she should’ve said “Friends don’t lie” and Brenner could’ve whispered to himself “Friends” and died knowing El loved him too.

This season really was the most terrifying and heartbreaking season by far. Damn it, Eddie, run to live to fight another day! But he didn't and I frickin cried my eyes out. Max, I was yelling at her to run and not die in the first half of season 4 and she made it! I was so relieved but to see her die in the second half was almost too much, I just cried my eyes out. Eleven has the power of resurrection now? Oh great! We saw this with Buffy in BTVS, she was not too happy with Willow resurrecting her I can only imagine how Max is feeling. Maybe that's why Eleven can't find her while she's in her coma, Max might be hiding from her on purpose. Season 5 is probably going to kill me. I am so invested now!!

Without watching the video, with El I’m assuming she just pumped Max’s heart with telekinesis till her brain was able to do it on her own. Not reall healing abilities
I honestly like how they’re doing things. It shows that main characters aren’t untouchable and can die. Their lives are at risk. It also shows that life’s not always bubbly and happy and free of problems. This is a bigger, powerful villain so they won’t kill it by the end of the season.
Lucas will probably looking for the "Talisman" which was hinted at with the novel he was reading from. In D&D terms maybe an "Amulet of regeneration" - which of course won't be a literal amulet.
However, some pointed out Kali/Eight which the Duffer's wanted to bring back anyway. So, she could be the "Talisman." And that makes kind of sense especially because Kali named after 'the goddess of time, doomsday, and death. (which is the very essence of Max's journey in Season 4) She's also referred to as an eradicator of evils."

What is interesting is that Henry clearly couldn't end what he started with Max, what he did weakened her to a state that she would die and Max dying while being marked with his curse opened the portal. But her being "with Vecna" or being consumed by him is not necessarily a fact because he didn't end his ritual.
She is likely within his reach, definitely "with" him however . That is not a 100%.
Plus, Eleven not just jump started Max's heart which is an interpretation of that scene. But it looked that she used good memories. Was it just there to imply that Eleven was thinking of it or was Eleven transferring these memories as well, trying to reach Max with her friendship. That is what I understood was happening. That Eleven was using memories not just for herself but also sharing them with Max.
Which would be problematic if she was consumed by Vecna.
And btw Brenner stated this about those victims that he knows Vecna/Henry went through with his ritual completely.
My guess is that this statement was important for the audience to tell the difference between Henry's other victims and Max.
My interpretation is that she's trapped similar to Will but not in the upside down but in a limbo, a realm between the worlds so to speak, maybe hiding from Vecna. Max's physical body could be a vessel for Vecna to return, that both a playing hide and seek inside her.
And probably be brought back after a struggle.
The Duffer Brothers do some repetition here and there which is something we can use as a template for speculation but is also the crux of the series.
Especially that "it's about sacrifice" thing that in my opinion plagues the storytelling ; one should change things from time to time including your own storytelling direction because it may be pretty repetitive at the end.
Problem is whatever the Duffer Brothers have in mind and hinted at, that's not necessarily going to happen due to a lot of reasons. I guess that bringing back Max is an important part of last season, the way they solve and explain it can however still change.
I just hope we don't have to wait THAT long.
My only annoyance is people wanting to have answers to EVERYTHING. Who cares how Henry got his powers? Just go with it. He was born with it and felt that he was superior. Sometimes, the imagination is a lot better of a storyteller than finding out the reality. Why are we scared of the dark? When you turn on the light, you're no longer scared.
My only gripe with the season is, because of all the different storylines, we couldn't get reactions from everyone regarding Eddie, Max, and even Jason... I would've loved to have a scene or two with everyone's reaction to the news, also finding out what everyone was doing...
I hope in season 5, the characters STOP separating and keeping things secret. Enough with the secrets and separate plans. Everyone needs to be on the same page and aware of what's happening with each other. THIS INCLUDES TELLING THE PARENTS.
Well now that everyone is back together you may get your wish.
i would loooove to see the parents have more to do w it.. and yea everyone back to hawkins in close proximity seems like the better way to end the show, just like S1

@@St3phenking13 Trouble is that with the time jump, they may not stay together next season. I can't see Joyce being keen on moving her kids back to Hawkins now that there's a gateway to hell covering the whole town, so they may well start next season with everyone all split up again. I just hope that since they originally planned to film back-to-back and have S05 directly follow S04, they'll start with all our major players still in Hawkins regardless.
