Another great video and I understand your arguments. America has a similar interactions with older generations even without the breakup of our empire.

Solidarity with Peace Labor May! I am queer and communist and feel a similar tiredness pushing people to self examine their preconceived notions and biases, whatever they may be. Keep up the good work and I’ll be here to learn each lesson 📚

So are you saying that the biggest flaw was that there was not the cultural revolution needed to support the physical transformation of society from a largely feudal/ peasant populace into a industrialised one? Like the people weren't mentally ready and this had repercussions?
Thanks for the fresh perspective. Subbed for sure!
Also editing tip. The quick cuts are good but you should leave time for a breath every now and again, especially in between ideas or arguments. This is help with flow and release from the viewers pov 😊✊🏽🎭

Saying that the people were not mentally ready is somewhat of a slippery slope. There is never a moment when people are ready, and at the same time, we have reached the moment when we are readier than ever.
It had definitely been a very drastic change for our regions during the revolution, and practice showed that people have been capable of immense adaptive learning. It hadn't been enough, however, to keep to the path of our particular revolution for many reasons: imperialist threat being one of the most impending.
What I address superficially in the video is the ideological side of the struggle which had gone in a direction which ultimately led to the dissolution of the USSR. And yes, the Soviet ideological institutions had made one too many mistakes, especially in the latter period of their history. Yet much of the ideology continues to develop today which is evident with continued study of Marxism by the scholars of the region.

@@PeaceLaborMay so what is the flaw then? I’m confused. Thanks

Generally speaking, the flaw is not allocating enough resources to the ideological struggle and taking a more conservative route in the latter period.
