Hi Jerry. How are you doing?
One more month and I'll be enjoying some beers with movies in my tent. I can't wait.
I watched all my old trips the last days. Enjoyed it a lot.
Today made a training ride from Veurne to Oostende and back. Legs are getting better. Greetings to Jo.

Buying batteries on amazon is such a gamble ...
They usually are so much worse than advertised ... and that is IF they do work.
I tend to buy them only in physical shops nowadays, Even if I'm not picking the best deals, all the one I bought were more or less on par with what what is on the box, and if anything goes wrong, I can just Physically go to the place to get a refund.

Indeed. Amazon is very bad for power banks these days.
I researched a lot before buying and most power banks have tons of one star reviews.
In the past I bought a lot good power banks that always were near theoretical capacity calculating with 3.7V and leaving about 10% of capacity that can't be used.
There are no shops that sell good power banks anymore here.
I had great ones from RavPower. But can't find my old power banks. So had to buy new ones.
Not really happy with any, but I need them.
The Anker is very expensive but I will be able to use 2 ports on my solar panel what is a nice bonus.
Now looking to buy a new 30W solar panel with PD charging to be able to charge them faster. I'll see, I got 2 panels, but PD would be very nice.
      Greetings.

How did you do the 5v test?

With 2A dummy load with big resistor and a fan to not burn my table. So constant load of 5V 2.15A.
Both connected to USB voltage meter that measures mAh and shows voltage and amperage.
I should have shown, I filmed the process but image quality was too bad. Should have re-filmed it with better camera and daylight.
