Celebrating the Lunar New Year at Tiger Fork, Ice Cream Jubilee, and The John F Kennedy Center!!

Hello!
I don't normally celebrate the Lunar New Year but decided to have some fun for the Year of the Tiger. I went to the Michelin starred restaurant Tiger Fork in Washington D.C. to try some of their New Year's specials:
Crushed Cucumber - Tasted like delicious spiced pickles
Chive & Chicken Spring Roll - Came out piping hot and their sesame dip was delicious
Sea Bass - INCREDIBLE! I never order whole fish at restaurants but I was so glad I did. The citrus soy sauce tasted so good and I just felt rejuvenated by the dish overall.
8 O'Clock Light Show - This drink truly WOWed me. The visual presentation with the burning cinnamon stick and then the flavor profile. HIGHLY recommend this drink!
Next we went to Ice Cream Jubilee for their New Year's specials:
Citrus Sichuan Peppercorn - So unique and tasty. I would order this by the pint
Matcha Green Tea - Probably the least interesting for me but that's because I always get Matcha stuff
Red Bean Almond Cookie - This may have been my favorite but it's too hard to tell. I normally hate red bean stuff but the almond cookie added a texture that I found very addicting
Roasted Barley Tea - A flavor any asian parent would love!
Thai Iced Tea - Right there with the Matcha Green Tea. Tasted great but I was craving unique flavors
Coconut Lychee Lime Sorbet - Initially startled me as too sour but after a few more bites I came to love it!
Lastly, we stopped by The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Their free Lunar New Year light display at The Reach was beautiful and well done. I took home a lot of free goodies and enjoyed a nice quiet walk through the light garden with my beautiful girlfriend.
