Awesome! Our music is never to old to listen to, to play or to enjoy. I have a little secret, 1982 I was 20 and we were using some of these chords and music style for the church songs and coros! Just a little spice for the Lord. Lol blessings Tony you're an awesome guitar player.
Tony, eres un maestro! It's going to take an eternity and a next life time for me to learn that guitar chording and lead. Would it be an injustice to the song if you simplified it? I am just a plugger, but I love the song. Simple is better for me at this point in time. My voice will do it justice, lol. Singing a song and playing good rhyme is a totally different skill set. So, I need a simple version. ( I love all the pretty chords, but it's a tough long struggle to get all that in the song and sing at the same time.)
@reycontreras3365 Rey, first off, thank you for watching the channel,I truly appreciate it. The first half of the song was played as it was recorded originally. The way that Jimmy Gonzalez played this song is probably the most basic way of playing the song, apart from playing basic open 'cowboy chords'. The second half of the song is me playing the way that I would probably play the song live and is not something that is required to play. Just a different feel
